Ulasan Oakwood Hotel Oike Kyoto

Hotel indah yang sangat bersih, baru, dan lokasinya sangat strategis. Semua staf sangat ramah dan mengizinkan kami untuk meninggalkan tas kami karena kami tiba terlalu awal untuk check-in. Ketika kami kembali, mereka sudah membawa barang-barang kami ke kamar kami, yang merupakan sikap yang menyenangkan. Kamarnya luas, nyaman dan tenang - satu-satunya keluhan saya adalah masih berisik dari koridor dan saya bisa mendengar setiap orang yang melewati kamar saya, meskipun untungnya ini tidak sering. Jika saya kembali saya pasti akan menginap lagi!

Satisfied with the services and the location not too far from bus / train station. The room also big and wide compare to others with the same range price.

Good atmosphere with an amazing staff! The hotel location is walkable to the subway. Plus, you can have free water in the lobby 24/7 and free soft drinks until 21:30.

Great hotel! 3 stars for this hotel is definitely underrated. A short walking distance to nishiki market and very near to subway station too! Very convenient. Comfortable bed as well. Overall, a very plesant stay!

we decided to extend our stay for one more day.the next day we called the receptionist to tell them that we already extended our room online,but we were told to check out by 11am and return back for check in at 3pm. we extended because we wanted to rest as we were tired. imagine even we extended we were ask to check out at 11 and check in again at 3.

Hotel is located infront of a school,generally it is clean and tidy, close to tourist spots such as Nishiki Market, multiple big malls and shopping area. Abit walking distance from metro. However it could be better if the rooms can be naturally ventilated/reduce the room temperature as it can get really stuffy and stale due to heat from heater.

This hotel is very standard and clean. We really enjoy our stay here

I loved the hotel. It is not in the heart of the touristic area but is close to everything. Nice area with nice shops. The room has a good size and the amenities are excellent.

Hotel is convenient and not far from main attractions, perfectly clean and quiet. Breakfast might not be what you are expecting, there is enough choice and staff is truly friendly .. ok a basic in Japan but I wanted to highlight the breakfast team 👍 Thanks !

It's nice to stay here. The staffs are excellent in English and were helpful. One of the staff recommend us a nice halal restaurant. The room interior were beautiful too.
