Good location nearby malls and supermarkets, all included in the hotel, funny activities every day, big rooms in good conditions, the buffet was really good

Just stayed for one day, but it took 2 hours to check in. Not how I expected to spend the afternoon. Junior suite was roomy, though.

Very good experience. Good pools. Good rooms. Very good food.

Très bel hôtel propre avec tout ce dont on a besoin;air climatisé,Wi-Fi,lit de qualité king size,cuisinette avec frigo,balcon,2 piscines chauffées avec transat sur la plage,spa,beaucoup d'activités,fitness,idéal pour les familles.

We have stayed at the Villa before. The check in is as always painfully slow! The prices are expensive if you are not all inclusive. We only had drinks from the pool during happy hour. The grounds are beautifully kept. The bar staff around the pool great especially if you tip them! We ate at the sports bar on property was good, service good. Prices for food was what we would pay at home if not more. PV is no longer an inexpensive vacation destination! Now the worst part! We made friends there, A lovely family with 2 daughters. They had the all inclusive but the last evening of their trip went off resort for dinner. They returned and their keys would not work, off to desk to get in and when they did their room had been robbed the safe opened and all their cash gone! They stole iPads and kindles as well. They left the passports how kind! The fishy part of this is who got in, could change the locks on the door and safe? It gets better… in the morning the iPads and kindles were miraculously found! They said a guard by beach thought someone looked suspicious 😳 inside job they have a thief amongst them! Or a team! Another guest I met had her wallet stolen from her beach bag by pool, same scenario they took her cash, hours later her wallet was found with cards and ID intact, she was happy to get her ID and cards back but beware your valuables are not safe! We by the way were only there 3 nights ending a 8 week trip in Mexico and we learned of these two incidents in just two days

We've been many times, unfortunately we were in room 352, clean, buy outdated,very noisy the first night, even refrigerator was loud.

Good location, clean hotel with lots of food options and a market. Beach had plenty of chairs and umbrellas

Free breakfast and daily credits was not explained properly had to ask multiple times on how to use with 3 different answers. Despite paying for the room zero coffee or water was offered per day. Which I thought was pretty cheap. Staff at times were rude unfortunately and rushed you off the phone. After reviewing my bill saw that had I not mentioned the credit they would have charged me an extra 1000 pecos. The property itself is decent. A bit older but well kept! Some of the staff were absolutely lovely. For what I paid I don’t think I would come back.

Had small kitchenette. Convenient for breakfast and lunch. Grocery store was 10 minute walk. Buses were easily accessible for travel downtown and marina Vallarta. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Maids did a great cleaning job . Shopping mall and 3 great restaurants were a 5 minute walk. Recreation was provided e.g beach and pool volleyball, cornhole, bocce, shuffleboard. Evening there was live music and weekly ****** night.

Liked the staff the most. Didn’t like that the beach security would pick and choose whose towels to remove or leave. We sat on the chairs for about 1/2an hour then went to the breakfast buffet for 45 min. They removed our towels and books while leaving others for hours. I agree with the policy but be consistent.

Clean and well organized. However dining and marketplace pricing was a reason to leave the faculty to shop as well as dining if you were not there on an all inclusive vacation.

We were very disappointed in the room. The management were not very accommodating. The only way we could change rooms was to pay a ridiculous amount of money. Even though we had a patio, we were facing the street. Our room was in the building where all the action happens and we had several sleepless nights due to loud young people on spring break. There are rules posted, but not enforced with regards to noise and saving lounges. When we checked in the room had not been cleaned very well. Cleaning staff were inconsistent as to when the room was cleaned. On the bright side, the breakfast which was included in our package was excellent. The staff on the beach and in the restaurants were very friendly. There were several very good restaurants close by.
