Pemandangan kamar tidak seperti yang diposting. Saya diberi tahu harus menambahkan 200 lagi untuk mendapatkan pemandangan yang sama seperti yang diposting di sini. Pemandangannya cukup bagus.

Pemandangannya memang tidak ada apa-apanya, indah sekali. Mungkin karena kami datang terlambat dan tidak ditanya soal kenaikan harga. Tapi fasilitasnya sudah tua, dan saya pesan kamar yang ada jacuzzinya, tapi jacuzzinya tidak bisa dipakai sama sekali...

We might have stayed at unprepared room. The shampoo and conditioner were empty so I had to call front desk to get it. According to a lot of reviews, there used to be some coins in the room to get water and pops from vending machines. However we couldn't find any coins from anywhere and we weren't even explained about that. There's no amenities except for Shampoo, Conditioners, Shower gels, Hand soaps, so I highly recommend bringing your own. Wifi also didn't work at all. Tried to connect but errors occurred. All employees were very nice, but service was poor and not worth it for the price and reputation.

The service is 1 star, more than 100 check in a day and line in check in which made our check in late around 5:00 and no priorities with small infants, no one helped for luggage, hot water problem. And there was a line breakfast which was horrible in taste and took us 20 mins to get our chance, we felt like we were having something in free even after paying for breakfast. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. And yes only one elevator to go up for 44 floors disgusting. Only money minded i think

The hotel feels old but the views of Niagara Falls are really great! Was given a horseshoe view room at first which I didn’t quite like it and the staff didn’t validate the card properly and we couldn’t enter the room. The room lock is also abit faulty. Was given the option to upgrade the room for $150CAD a night for the Canadian and US falls view which was wonderful. Really enjoyed the room. The shower was hard to use. The breakfast was quite bad also.

Hotel room is super big is like suite. Price is reasonable and the room has the Canada horsefall view. Stayed at level 30 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Heard about some review said the hotel reception will ask you top up to change to room that has us+canada view but that didn’t happen to us. A very pleasant stay, breakfast is very good and there is a welcome drink to redeem before 6 pm haha. Tips: directly in front of the hotel got a funicular can bring you to the falls.

Breakfast was disappointing. There were 3 kinds of egg . Scrambled eggs, omelette with veg, western omelette, pancake and pork sausage. I was just amazed coz if you stay in the hotels under the big brands in Asia, you will get waaayyy better options than those. View was nice though.

I went there with my wife. I love the environment. I also love the breakfast of this place.

Overcharge for parking and they do not provide daily cleaning service, you must stay 4 days to do it

My kids and I had an amazing time. We stayed in the family room, it was spacious and we had an amazing view of the fall directly from our room. Excellent staff and room service too.

We had a good time in this hotel. Food and service were good. The only thing not satisfying was the waiting time for elevator was too long.
