Royal House

Our family was vacationing at the small family villa Royal House Kvariati Ioanze lazis 42, Kvariati 1999 Georgia in mid-July 2022 (10.07. - 19.07.).Villa is a new building. This accommodation facility is located almost at the very top of the mountainous part of the village. This location provides a beautiful view, silence and only the sounds of nature – a mountain stream and birdsong. This is the kind of atmosphere that residents of big cities are looking for. The distance to the sea is about 800 meters (the walk to the beach took 15 minutes, the walk back to the hotel from the beach – a little more, 18-20 minutes. This is a great free fitness :)But with children under 10-11 years old and people of retirement age will not be very comfortable. They need a transfer from the sea to the hotel.). Halfway to the sea there is a small private shop, where prices are lower than in the village below and you can buy everything you need + so a little rest when returning from the sea. There is a barbecue and relaxation area near the hotel. There are small garbage containers located near the hotel building. Not far from the hotel (350-450 meters) there is a good restaurant "Chkeri" and a trout bar-cafe (with an incredibly beautiful view and delicious food) "Trout". We rested in a two-room apartment on the 2nd floor. I want to note right away that the hotel photos posted on the sites are completely true, they can be trusted. The room fully met our expectations: a beautiful view, the sounds of nature, 2 rooms with sleeping places (a full bedroom and a living room with 2 sofas and 1 bed. But sleeping places on sofas may require additional modernization from tourists and hosts to increase comfort: some tourists may need to better align the surface of the unfolded sofa:) ), a mini-kitchen and Wi-Fi. We had a balcony with mountain and sea views, which could be accessed from both rooms. The kitchenette is located right in the apartment and is well equipped (if something is missing, for example, a corkscrew or a coffee cup, you can ask the hosts for it). The Wi-Fi quality is also good; the internet slowed down a bit only in cases when 3 people were talking on the phone at once. In the bedroom and a small hallway there were 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers for storing things. There is a transformer table in the living room. The bathroom suited us quite well. (Yes, most apartments in Georgia do not have a separate shower cabin or a sideboard to separate the shower space from the rest of the bathroom. But in our apartment, the floor was created so that the water drained to the drain. There was an excellent mop for directing water to the drain hole, as well as a foot mat in the bathroom itself and at the exit from it in the corridor.). In our apartment there was also a washing machine that worked perfectly. There is a TV in the apartment, but we didn't turn it on. The iron is common to all hotel guests and it could be taken on the 1st floor. There is a shared terrace
