The hotel is located not near the main street and expect to do some walking. The room is very small and with a table right at the middle which obstruct the space further and can't open the door. The breakfast is normal and operated by group of Chinese peoples.

房間寬敞明亮，淡季入住升等四人房，隔音稍差，有附自助式早餐，菜色豐盛美味，服務人員態度良好，能說中文。

お部屋は清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。 温泉はありませんでした。 倶知安の方まで行くと飲食店やスーパーがありました。 朝食は、ビュッフェスタイルで美味しくいただきました😊

我們是夏天來，相較於冬天的遊客，現在是少了一些。我們是自駕，所以開車去俱知安的超市買晚餐回旅館，自己煮來吃也OK。早餐豐盛吃的飽飽，這樣的價格真的很優惠（我們是2大2小）。

ห้องขนาดไม่อึดอัดสำหรับผู้ใหญ่4คน แต่ต้องผลัดกันกางกระเป๋า โลเคชั่นโอเค แถวๆที่พักมีร้านอาหารที่เดินไปได้ แล้วก็มีบุฟเฟ่shabuและปิ้งย่างของทางโรงแรมออกแนวจีนๆหน่อย (โรงแรมมีส่วนลดให้) น่าจะมีคนจีนเป็นผู้ดูแล ตอนเช็คอินจะงงๆหน่อยเพราะเป็นself check-in หนัาโรงแรมเป็นบันได ต้องเดินลงมาจากถนนประมาน5-6ขึ้น

We spent 2 nights here in December to ski for the day at Niseko. The hotel worked perfectly for our family of 4 adults. There was enough room to spread out and socialize as well. We were impressed with the complimentary breakfast served right across the road at the sister hotel. We appreciated the free shuttle run up to the gondolas. We felt the rates were reasonable given that it was high season. The only thing to be aware of, if you don't have a car, it's a long hike up the hill to the bars/restaurants - and trying to navigate the snow/ice with suitcases in tow was quite a comedy show. We would happily stay here again if we were lucky enough to come to Niseko.
