Ulasan New Akan Hotel

Location- on other end of the row of hotels around Lake Akan boat cruise area so it is further away from the Ainu Kotan (Village) and convenience store. But boat cruise has 2 embarkation points, with one just a few minutes walk on the left of the hotel entrance so this is ok. Also a short walk to the Bokke (bubbling mud). Only negative point is that the carpark lots are limited so we had to use the hotel shuttle to go to and from the car parked in an open space about a block away. Winning point is the roof-top open-air public bath; it is a mixed gender public bath accessible separately from the male and female indoor baths which provides elastic banded tops and shorts to wear before going to the mixed gender pool. Allowed us to meet there to enjoy the beautiful sunset, mountains and lake views. Buffet breakfast and dinners were excellent; even though alcohol was not included unlike another hotel which we stayed in, there was plenty of food variety which were fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is next to Lake Akan and its pier. It’s catered to tourists group. Meals have large crowd. Buffet are standard and offered a good variety of Japanese cuisines. Beers and alcoholic drinks have additional charges.

The room at Crystal building is a little bit old, and the flush button of toilet is extremely hard to press. However the breakfast and dinner buffet is very good as well as the public bath.

Nice location with a good view of the Lake. Dinner and breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food. Had an enjoyable stay. Would love to visit again

Front desk staff greeting in good english, letting us know a firework at 20:30. Nice spacious hotel room, yet facing mountain side, no special view. Busy hotel restaurant, not easy to get a seat or get some food, queuing up everywhere, limited choice of food. Location wise, good.

Although hotel abit old fashioned but buffet spread for breakfast and dinner was good. Bonus point is the onsen which was very quite big n well equipped

This hotel is aged hotel , the old wings room are too old fashion . I suggest them need to renovation the old wings (JADE)

Really love the buffet breakfast & dinner. Lots of choices & fit every person.

Even though functional, the hotel needs a major refurbishment. Cramped bathroom, old faucets, horrible shower head and no air conditioning (or not turned on). We got a good deal so it’s bearable. But for 40000 yen, it’s not worth your money, although lake facing rooms have pretty view.

酒店位置就在阿寒湖畔，拉開窗簾就可看到阿寒湖的美景，雄阿寒岳就在眼前，很美。 酒店可以提前辦理入住，這點真的很贊，讓我們這些坐長途巴士過來的遊客倍感舒適。工作人員都很有禮貌。 衹是酒店設施有些陳舊，隔音特別差，隔壁住進一家人大半夜一直在唱歌大聲打電話，不敢想象如果遇到旺季大批旅遊團入住會是怎樣的。 另外，酒店的軟件設施真的要升級了，牙刷很硬，洗髮水是小袋包裝的，沒有護髮素，沒有浴帽。

Большой отель, уже не новый (либо у нас был номер в старом крыле) мебель сильно потертая, но везде чисто, отличный вид на озеро из номера. На крыше теплый хорошая зона с онсеном и теплый бассейн на крыше. Шведский стол вкусный и разнообразный как на ужин, так и на завтрак.

酒店的餐食非常不錯，湖景更是一流。和其他温泉街的酒店一樣，設施略顯老舊，但是露天温泉很新很大，視野極好。整體服務和衞生都做得不錯。

是傳統溫泉旅館 裝修充滿懷舊 因此房間設施一般 但能從房間欣賞湖景雪山 非常出色 另早餐非常豐富 坐在窗旁一邊吃早餐一邊欣賞湖景 很舒服

是一個比較老的酒店，房間的設施比較陳舊。入住的時候有大量台灣旅行團，人巨多。自助晚餐感覺還不錯，吃得種類很豐富，還有烤肉啥的。 房間的廁所巨小，好在可以泡完温泉直接在浴室洗澡。露天温泉還是很不錯的，本人很喜歡～
