Front desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

The floor heating should be adjustable, and then there was no follow-up. In the end, I opened the window on the second night, and even borrowed a fan from a local friend to blow it for a night. I was forced to listen to the sound of cars on the road outside before I could barely fall asleep. I originally planned to stay for 5 or 6 days when I came out for business, but I couldn't stand it and checked out and changed to another house. When I checked out, I was told that the central air conditioner was not turned on because of saving electricity. I was speechless. @Comprehensive evaluation can't be said to be bad. I can only say that the experience is very average. If you turn off the air conditioner in winter, then in summer, if it is not as hot as you think, the air conditioner will be turned off just for show? No matter how good other equipment is, sleep is affected. I wonder what the manager of this hotel thinks when the service industry does this? There are other options in Kuche with the same price and decoration standards in the off-season in winter. Do you only do business with locals? I hope the hotel can seriously consider the feelings of different customers and the existing facilities will not be just for show.
