Ulasan K-Guesthouse Seomyeon 1

Menginap 4 malam berturut-turut, handuk bisa diganti setiap kali karyawan sedang bekerja (karyawan jam 10 sampai jam 22, tapi sering keluar malam) Handuknya bau apek, jadi disarankan kamu menggunakan milikmu sendiri. Sarapan hanya menyediakan roti panggang, susu segar, jus, dan kopi 3-in-1 dari jam 8 sampai jam 10. Setelah jam 9:30, stok mudah habis. Kamar mandinya kecil dan Anda harus meletakkan tisu toilet dan pakaian di luar saat mandi. Pintunya tidak ditutup setelah karyawan pulang kerja. Akan ada orang yang minum-minum dan berteriak-teriak di malam hari. Saya tidak tahu apakah mereka tamu. Orang yang bepergian sendiri harus lebih memperhatikan keselamatan. Satu-satunya keuntungan adalah lokasinya yang bagus, ada Lotte Department Store, Hyundai Department Store, Pasar Seomyeon dan Pork Soup and Rice Street di dekatnya, dan ada banyak tempat hiburan malam.

Kamar dan ruang tamunya sangat indah! Stafnya juga sangat lucu dan baik hati! Ruangan itu kecil, tapi sangat tenang dan santai!

the room standart but not very clean , the water heater is working slowly , must wait about 15 minutes to get warm/ hot water , the towel is to small to use , and no body standby on the frontdesk after 5 pm.

Good location, near metro, shopping, restaurant, bars and Rueda Latin Dance.

The location is strategic as it near one of the tourist destinations in Busan named 서먼. The room is pretty decent, however, the hot water shower took around 10 mins to heat up which is ok if you go on summer but not ok during winter. Overall everything is okay, except we had to check out early in the morning but the receptionist door was locked and had to put the door key with a note outside the door. 

The location was the aspect I liked the most, it was very close to main streets filled with stores and restaurants, it was also close to the metro station and the bus stops, so it was very convenient for taking the transportation. The equipment inside the room was okay, i didn't really like the hot air of the air conditioner because it doesn't warm the room in a proper way, also some of the interruptors of the bathroom were a bit broken and I had to keep shutting them out to keep the lights off. In addition, the breakfast was very late in my opinion (8.00) so I couldn't get any during my stay since I had to get up a bit early. However, I would recommend it for a solo travel and I would repeat the stay if I visit Busan again, it was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Winter session. No water heater provided during our stay at this guesthouse. Service counter office off duty after 6 pm. I need to self check. Toilet flush spoiled. No toiletries during our stay. Lucky is just 1 night stay over. Walking distance from the Subway. Street food and restaurants are available along the small street. Not recommended for a long stay.

Nice Clean

Location is nice. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Has shared place for working or eating. Also has simple breakfast like toasts and cereals with milk

Unmanned guesthouse well situated in Busan. A bit noisy but not on the main road so bearable. Comfy bedding and good breakfast.

Was a pleasant stay, the hotel is well situated. We had a room where we needed to wait for hot water tho

A neat room, all amenities included, no complaints, nice granny at the reception :) I liked everything, we stayed here longer than planned

Our room wasn’t anything comparable to what you see in the pictures, but it was clean and the breakfast area is nice. For a short stay perfect at that price!!!Very convenient transport connection to the port and train station.
