Quite a good hotel with standard Chinese level of service - nobody understands English ))) However everything was nice. Restaurant provides only Chinese kitchen mainly, so if you have problem with it - be ready.

It was my first time here, and they upgraded my room type and gave me free breakfast. The room environment was very good, with a light fragrance as soon as I entered the door, which gave me a great experience. There were also free drinks in the small refrigerator. The most important thing is that the pillows at Atour are really comfortable, just one, great review!

It's my first time staying here. The surrounding environment is very quiet. I like the lobby of this hotel very much. It is full of bookcases... adding a reading gathering area. The room is also clean and tidy... The breakfast is rich and varied. The service staff is very good.

Because I bought hairy crabs and couldn't steam them in the room, the hotel staff helped me steam them and prepared shredded ginger, soy sauce and vinegar for us, saying that they are more delicious when eaten together! In the evening, the restaurant provides free buns and porridge. I saw that it was written: Late-night porridge arrives, and you can get this gift package if you book through Ctrip! During the National Day holiday, I chose Atour Hotel in Kunshan Chengdong Development Zone because of its high cost-effectiveness. Although it is a distance from Suzhou city, the road is smooth and the transportation is convenient. The hotel maintains Atour's consistent standards, comfortable and reassuring, and relieves the fatigue of the journey. There is an elevator in the underground parking lot directly to the lobby on the first floor. The breakfast is rich and the service is thoughtful! The smart curtains are good! It is worth staying!

I stayed in Kunshan for two nights and found a cleaner hotel. I want to praise the front desk ladies. They all had a great service attitude. They took the initiative to give me hot water when I checked in, helped me find the express delivery, and took the initiative to give me a bottle of water to drink on the way when I left the hotel. I hope the boss and management can see this and give them a good praise haha!!! I didn't want the quilt, so I left it in the hotel on purpose. The front desk lady also called me three times to ask if my quilt was left in the hotel. She was really attentive and responsible👍
