I am very satisfied! The front desk called us before we checked in and sent a car to pick us up when we got off the bus. The attitude was very good, saving us from walking. It is still very close to the high-speed rail station. They greeted us very kindly when we entered the hotel. We, who are socially anxious, became cheerful! Hahaha, there is no sense of distance, it feels very friendly. The surrounding transportation is convenient, you can get a taxi when you go out, and you can go shopping in the nearby business district. There are delicious and fun things. There are also many universities nearby. The facilities in the room are very complete, clean and tidy. I will stay here again next time I come to Kunming. The service is really amazing! I am a college student and I recommend it!

The warm hospitality of the staffs are commendable and very helpful and caring . Breakfast spread is very good. No hesitation to recommend it.

I ordered it on trip, and the conditions said it was 2-4 floors, 10-12 square meters. This is probably the best room condition! As a result, I checked in at 9 o'clock after dinner. I was given a room on the 6th floor with 5 square meters. They said it was a first-come, first-served basis, so I had to leave my 24-inch suitcase at the counter. There was no hot water in the shower, so I gave up after waiting for five minutes. The sink was broken and I had to use my fingers to pull the plastic inside to wash my hands. There was a TV plugged in, but it couldn't be turned on. I asked the girl next door to help carry my luggage to the sixth floor. Waiter, asked me to call the boss on the phone, it’s really... (The lights next door can’t even be turned on) In the morning, no one was at the counter at the delivery station. I called the proprietress. It was her son’s phone number. The proprietress didn’t speak Beijing dialect, so no wonder she left her son’s phone number. It is recommended to write down in words which hotel the car is from, where to wait, and the correct phone number, because the driver could not verify my number, and another guest could not get on the bus without giving the last four digits. Does the boss lady know that you can leave reviews on trips? If the service is so bad, it will definitely be rated!

We just stayed one quick night as we had a train late into town and an early train in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was VERY helpful with some extra things we needed sorted before our train. Location was convient, it was quick to walk to from the train station and fast to Didi back in the morning. Would stay again if I was in the same situation. Also, nice proximity to a huge number of shops, and food stalls.

This area is pretty neat, I only booked to be close to the train station but there's a huge university town below with food stalls open late and soooo many food options. SQUAT TOILET. Just so you know, rooms only have squat toilets in a tiny bathroom, such that you have to shower while standing over the squat toilet. Which is fine by me, but certainly not everyone's favorite. Good enough for the price.

I accompanied my child to take an exam on this trip. The hotel prepared a special exam gift package for the students taking the exam. Although there was a small episode after checking in, the door originally wanted to complain to a little girl at the front desk. After that, the little girl who blamed the store manager apologized and explained. When I saw the students taking the exam, I chose to understand and forgive them on the same day. It is not easy for young people who work and take exams. So I chose to praise the little sister Lu Xue at the front desk. She is skilled in business and meticulous. Dumplings and glutinous rice balls were prepared on the winter solstice, and the porridge that arrived late at night was also very good. In addition, the order was partially modified halfway, and a customer service representative of Ctrip helped to deal with it in time. It was a perfect trip!

Hotel is nice. Room is good. Washroom is good. Breakfast is great. Everything was digital. Looks good in most things except the noise. Elevator 🛗 noise is too much in whole building and it sounds like metro 🚇 train passing through station after each 5 minutes. This hotel is on 2nd floor so 3rd floor people make noise till midnight and early morning. Which is very common here in China they shut doors hardly and not care for other humans sleepy. Also the cleaning lady start cleaning on 8:00 🕗 I think it’s not good they should start cleaning after 9:00. Because they make more noise during cleaning. So, if you noise sensitive then it’s terrible place to stay. If you don’t care noise then it’s amazing place to stay. The choice is yours. Thanks

The room was very comfortable and nice for our short stay. Perfect for travellers travelling around Yunnan as well since it is 10 minutes away from the main train station in Kunming (Kunming South). The hotel also provides a free shuttle service every hour which made it very convenient for us. The shampoos provided were very expensive, high quality and smelled amazing, which was quite surprising! Highly recommend to stay.
