It was a very pleasant surprise to find this property due to non working of the lift in the adjacent property, where we go at least once a year.. This place was wonderful in many many ways so let me start one by one.. The staff at reception especially Jahangir, Assiya, Monika and even others whom we met on the last day were all very friendly, helpful and smiling. Jahangir even gifted us a free spa voucher from his end to make our stay memorable and looked to every comfort for us for the rooms concerned. Assiya had upgraded our room to Splendour premium for which I was grateful. Monika with her smiling face also helped us feel at home with her heartful attitude. The rooms are located little away from the main reception area and they have a golf cart buggy to ferry the seniors who cannot walk. There are two convenient lifts for the two floors. The room was very nice and big enough to accommodate 3 adults. The valley view was magnificent and even though it was little dry when we had gone, I am sure the rainy season is going to be awesome. We had a room with a sit out balcony facing the valley and it was very comfortable. The beds had comfortable mattresses and the room service by the staff personnel - Swapnil and Govinda were excellent. All our needs were met with a smile, great hospitality and prompt response - whether it may be extra pillows or refilling for our endless chai's or other nick knacks. Coming to the food - Restaurant Rasa - one thing which makes a holiday perfect... the food was excellent and a wide variety of menu in veg and non veg (breakfast, lunch, dinner, in room dining or customized food) suited everyone's palette with satisfaction and content. The staff at the Restaurant - Nikhilesh, Vaidehi, Pempoki, Madhurima saw that we are catered to personally at their end as they did with each and every guest so flawlessly and with a smile even though I am sure they must be tired running around making each guest comfortable. The thoughtfulness of the staff amazed me as Vaidehi even called our room once to check if we want to order some dinner as we didn't go for dinner one evening. I would like to thank the Chef - Mr. Gaurav Mehra whom I couldnt' interact with personally but I saw that he was overlooking everything. My deepest and a big thank you to the HOD Shrikant Deshmukh who looks after the south indian cuisine - the dosas, the chutneys are to die for.. he happily and patiently answered to all our queries regarding the recipes and some do's and don'ts... The food is excellent and we relished it with all our hearts. The Vissho café near the reception area also serves excellent coffee and biscotti.. The staff also helps with cleaning of the vehicles and we had one helpful Umesh who cleaned our car and helped with the bags. There are many others who served us and helped us and made our stay at Ikshana a memorable one.. Pempokin is good staff and nice behaviour with good quality food nice atmosphere with enjoy food and everything is perfect in service with all good staff and will come again in future with family and swimming experience is good with all rooms are nice

Everything is Excellent and clean. Pradnya at the restaurant was very helpful and provided great service.It was a great experience and would surely recomend the stay. Very efficient and polite team. The resort is clean with beautifully crafted and has a stunning swimming pool.

Amazing service, the people at the facility went beyond the call of duty and made us super welcome. Great fresh food in top variety:). See you again on a next trip to explore the canyons qnd waterfalls during monsoon. The dancing and fun was a certain plus:).
