Arrived following a whirlwind coach tour with different hotels each night. Very efficient check in with helpful desk staff. Nothing too much for them ( and the same with all the other staff). Food plentiful (was on all inclusive package) and always something being freshly prepared (eggs or pancakes or chicken) at different meal times. ManGer (Ivan) always visible and working with his team. He is a great credit to the hotel and finds time to greet and chat to guests. Any problems seem to be quickly resolved. Guessing in high season the place takes on a completely different a**osphere but there are plenty of areas for relaxation.

We had a good relaxing holiday after the tours. Hotel staff were and always ready to help and advise. The extra activities could be increased on demand. The food was excellent but a little variety would be icing on the cake. Very helpful reception.

Very clean hotel The staff very friendly Good choice of food & special Resturant staff catered for vege meals which was a bonus for us. Would prefer a little more variation The area around the hotel was hilly . Found walking not very safe with traffic & narrow road. Not a problem but happy & safe.

Very pleasant hotel, the first beautiful view of the sea and the bay of Tivac... comfortable beds and nice rooms, friendly staff... my recommendation to everyone... As for me personally, I will come back at the first opportunity when I can with the whole family and probably will it should be at least 7 days...

Beautifully sited within easy reach of Herceg Novi ( by bus) and local beachside cafes a nd restaurants. Very helpful staff. Really comfortable rooms and beds. Easy access to the beach. Inside and outside swimming pools. A large restaurant but probably not large enough for such a big hotel in high season. Good breakfasts but variable quality of food for buffet style dinners.

The staff is very friendly and well versed with their job. Professionalism was evidenced and the team spirit exposed( Mickey) Some waiters were extremely pleasant and showed empathy and care Very supportive when it came to things that were not specific especially the language barrier

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and has wonderful views across the water. The rooms are well designed and very spacious. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.
