Hotel ini berlokasi sangat strategis di dekat area perbelanjaan dan terdapat banyak restoran di dekatnya. Kami pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi jika kami mengunjungi Kumamoto lagi!

Lokasi hotel ini sangat bagus, menawarkan akses mudah ke berbagai tempat wisata dan fasilitas di dekatnya. Namun, desain hotel secara keseluruhan terasa ketinggalan zaman dan perlu direnovasi untuk meningkatkan daya tariknya.

Lokasinya tak tertandingi dan sangat bagus. Saya bisa memarkir mobil di hotel dengan biaya yang sangat terjangkau. Sebagai catatan, tempat parkir hotel hanya menerima pembayaran tunai di lantai dasar. Onsennya sangat bagus dan buka sampai tengah malam, yang sangat bagus. Kamarnya nyaman dan bersih.

The room for 4 is spacious. Love the location of this hotel. Near the whole stretch of shops at Shinshigai. It is also very Sakara machi shopping mall. The skyspa OSEN is so awesome. Nice view and exclusive!

We booked a four bedroom. Layout is thoughtfully designed with separated toilet and cleaning areas for family. Room is clean and new. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only thing to be mindful is the spa and breakfast can be very busy. Highly recommended for this hotel.

Location is excellent. Spa is good. No frill hotel. Spacious room recommended for families. Check in is at top floor together with the Spa. Like any typical hotel in Japan, staff ability to converse in English is limited. However they are friendly and ready to help.

The hotel is near the shopping streets.It's convenience for us to buy everything, includes the souvenirs and daily use.The grilling meat shops are covered all the street.Over 3 parking lots are nearby the hotel as well.Furthermore, many delicious Japanese food shops for choosing.The hotel also provides free water spa and sauna on the top floor which runs near 20hrs daily.The 3-persons bedrooms are clean and large, it has enough space for family to take a nap.Come again next time.

The hotel is located in a prime location of Downtown Kumamoto. The room is very clean and the service staff is friendly.

Convenient location. Great baths and big rooms. There’s coin laundry service on each floor too. Parking is a bit pricey though but it is in the city.

Very good location with walking distance to Kumamoto castle and shopping area. Nice room and rooftop Onsen to relax long walking. Will recommend to friends

Didn’t took any photos of the hotel as I felt that most of the other guest would have done so. However I wish to update new travellers about what to expect when staying in this hotel, you will get to see a tower parking just beside the hotel, that parking is sort of affiliated to the hotel hence you can park there and pay just a fixed rate. At my time of stay at Nov2024 period it was about 1200JPY per 24hours. You can park anytime and take the car out anytime to drive out based on what we have experienced. There are lots of food places nearby Take note that you are in the heart of Kumamoto city and when checking out and driving out of the city, our issue was there were too many cars and the Google maps is not responding well perhaps due to the tall buildings. Took a long way out before we reached the Kyushu highway. Hence do familiar yourself with the routes when leaving. Hotel is great! I been a fan of candeo hotels, love the fact that we can go to the onsen late at night too

Room is big and spacious! Great location, nearby to shopping area and many restaurant to choose from. Sad that hotel doesnt have a proper coffee machine.. only has drip coffee bag. But overall is good

Very central location, which means the hotel is close to many amenities and great for a late night snack. There is no attached carpark to the hotel, but the nearby multistory carpark helps to serve all the nearby hotels. Bring the carpark coupon to the hotel concierge to validate the coupon and you can get a daily carpark charge of 1300 yen. Hotel also has a rooftop onsen, which was a great way to kickstart our Fukuoka trip!
