Great hotel. Location is abit off though. But other that, everything else was just amazing

Everything was good. Pool looked good but we didn’t get a chance to use it.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly, was not able to support us for arranging transportation to further away places so bare that in mind, but overall very willing to help. Pool area is nice but wish there was some umbrellas as the heat can get quite uncomfortable

Very good, the room is very good, the breakfast is also great, it is a unit under the Ministry of Defense of Vietnam, very safe, next to the Ministry of Defense of Vietnam.

Good location, spacious room, poor breakfast - you can skip it, helpful staff, the hotel is a bit tired, but overall it's good, 10 minutes walk to the Lenin monument, and to the citadel too

This hotel only looks modern with the swimming pool downstairs, but the other facilities are very old, and the most important thing is that the service attitude of this hotel is very bad. On the last day, I asked the front desk to bring me white sugar because the cleaner didn't put it up. He told me to go to the coffee shop to get it myself. Then I asked him to bring it up for me, but he said we don't have this service. Then I said I ordered a new bowl, shouldn't there be new sugar? He said it's your own decision. I was really angry and speechless.
