Ulasan Hotel Heritage

Wonderful staff in a hotel which makes you feel as though you have stepped back in time and are staying in a bit of a museum. Just a few minutes walk up the hill to be in the centre of all the sites. Breakfast was outstanding and opening the bay windows and corner window on our room let in the sounds of children’s singing and playing every morning. Loved our stay. 

Overall, a very nice experience! Room was super nice and spacious with 24-hour hot water. The food in the restaurant was classy and delicious and the breakfast was of good standard.

A beautiful historic building. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is just a little outside the old town; a fifteen minute walk up a steep hill takes you to Durban Square.

He estado una semana viajando por Nepal, y este hotel fue donde pasé los últimos días de mi viaje. A pesar de ser un hotel de tres estrellas, el de menor categoría en el que me alojé, superó mis expectativas. El hotel tiene un ambiente clásico, con una decoración muy típica de Nepal. El mobiliario y la decoración de las paredes crean un espacio encantador, como si estuviéramos en una casa antigua y tradicional nepalí. Este estilo auténtico añade un toque especial a la experiencia. El servicio del desayuno es muy variado, con opciones al estilo occidental que estaban casi todas muy bien. Además, al llegar a la recepción del hotel, te reciben con una bebida típica y te obsequian un pañuelo tradicional para ponerte en el cuello, lo cual es un detalle muy agradable. En cuanto a la habitación, fue encantadora. Las camas eran cómodas y las decoraciones estaban adornadas con mobiliario típico de Nepal, lo que contribuyó a la atmósfera acogedora del lugar. La televisión está metida en un mueble antiguo; claro, no es un televisor plano, pero como no veo la tele, no me importa. En general, se siente uno muy agradable en la habitación, rodeado de mucha decoración con objetos típicos de Nepal. Como estamos cerca del mercado de cerámica, había muchos objetos de cerámica por toda la habitación, lo que le daba un encanto especial. El cuarto de baño estaba bien; todo estaba muy limpio y claro. Aunque hay algunos pequeños detalles que podrían mejorarse, como la instalación eléctrica donde se ven los cables para poner la nueva iluminación, son solo aspectos menores que no afectan el buen ambiente de la habitación. Además, he notado que están ampliando el hotel y han hecho un edificio nuevo al lado; aunque todavía no está terminado, imagino que en ese nuevo espacio ya tendrán una decoración más moderna y las instalaciones más actuales. Aun así, no me quejo en absoluto de lo que he visto en el hotel: los pasillos y la recepción están muy bien cuidados. Lo que realmente destacó fue la atención al cliente. El personal demostró ser auténticos profesionales, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante y el servicio de cafetería. Su amabilidad y disposición para ayudar hicieron que mi experiencia fuera excepcional. A lo largo de mi viaje, he visto muchos hoteles, pero la atención aquí fue verdaderamente destacable. Recomiendo este hotel no solo por su calidad y ambiente encantador, sino también por el excelente servicio que ofrecen. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí en el futuro.

環境很好，離廣場走路十幾分鍾，不算很近也不算很遠。 但是房間沐浴🈚️熱水，早餐coffee extra charge，房間也沒有瓶裝水（是酒店用玻璃瓶裝的不知道什麼水我沒喝） 衞生間有股異味。 除了外觀整體比較失望。

腸炎，房間趟了一天，蠻不錯，位置也方便。安靜。滿意。就是大廳的照片，銅像，不知道是誰，酒店老闆嗎？文化不同有點不習慣😂

此行四個住處最可心的酒店，最後幾晚都選擇在酒店用餐，舒適、衞生、美味，服務體貼周到，每個崗位每位工作人員都值得稱讚。如果再去加德滿都，還會選擇這裏！

鬧中取靜，乾淨，服務員笑容如沐春風。酒店建築很有底藴，還有小院子，冬日裏沐浴着暖暖的陽光喝咖啡，很愜意。旅行不僅僅是觀景，有時讓自己靜下來享受當下，也不失為一個很棒的體驗。到巴德崗杜拉廣場步行可達。總之，很推薦。

地理位置不錯，到巴德崗廣場及其他幾個廣場都是步行距離。特意選的遺產酒店，喜歡這種古樸的歷史感的裝修風格。應該用的是太陽能熱水器，熱水要等一會兒，不過水温還是令人滿意。住了兩晚享用了兩次早餐，一次是自助早餐，品種不算多，少而精，西式與尼泊爾本地風味均有。另一天因為住客較少，吃的是早餐套餐，選擇了尼泊爾當地風味，裏面包括了好幾種奶製品，都是冷的，如酸奶和加了水的稀酸奶，吃的胃有點不舒服，趕緊要了熱水。

也許帕坦的杜巴廣場、博物館更令人感到驚艷，但我更喜歡巴德崗，這是一座活着的古城，神廟也好，皇宮也罷，都和這裏的居民融合為一體，而前者更像是一個熱鬧的景區。

This is a great boutique hotel , we had a room on the first floor , but they had a lift for higher floors .Our room was exremely spacious with a small functional bathroom . All the staff are dressed in traditional outfits and for the price you pay it offers great value for money Breakfast , lunch and dinner were excellent , complemented by attentive service

We had lunch here after touring Bhaktapur. What an excellent place! Their architecture was mesmerizing. The food, the service and the overall experience was divine! Start a traditional exploration of Nepali cuisine in Bhaktapur. Delicious food, warm hospitality and the ambience is feast for our eyes. Thank you so much HH !

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The building is fairly new but they used lots of lovely traditional features and materials that give it great character. The staff was absolutely great without exception, probably the best staff experience I've had at a hotel. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is located 2 or 3 blocks from entrances to the old city. We'd highly recommend the Hotel Heratage!
