Very great hotel
Very convenient to view point and shopping area
New and grand equipments
Big bathroom and good view at restaurant
But car park difficult to found and expensive

Double bed room is so small u cannot even fit a baggage. Don’t be fool by the building, room below 10 floor can barely see any view.

Excellent hotel.
Can see the castle from the window!
Located inside a big shopping mall, wonderful for shoppers.
Comes with free parking.
It’s directly opposite to a the shopping street.
The castle is within walking distance.
Very nice!

Best hotel of my trip. The hotel locate on top of the shopping mall and bus terminal. The staffs very helpful.
At the evening, they have like a food trunk and little gathering

Windows couldn’t be opened. Very hot in winter when they opened heater. No fresh air. Don’t stay if you need fresh air. Staff could be better in solving problems. Other things all goid

Location was excellent as there is direct access to one of the biggest malls in Kumamoto. However, if you were driving yourself, there wasn’t enough signs telling you where to park and also once you’ve parked, there was not enough direction telling you where to go to the hotel. Big rooms compare to regular jap hotels.
