Bilik tidak di jaga dengan rapi,cadar dan sarung bantal kotor,sinki tunggu masa nak roboh

very convenient to stay at if you are finding a place which is near to airport.

Room dirty & smelly. Toilet got cockroach. Bedsheet got yellow stain. Change room 3 times but still the same.

Pls do the maintenance of aircond, water heater, cleanliness of bedsheet and blanket and upgrade the toilet. All are bad.

The bathroom is gross. Smells awful.

The location is very close to Kuching International Airport.

Good Location, next to 24H Permier Food Court that has more than 30 stalls local delight. Bed sheet is dirty, TV with NO even 1 channel can watch.

我訂豪華房， 三人間，一個大床和一個單人床，她説那間冷氣壞了，換了兩間房給我們，無語😒，超級小間 差評差評 房間裏面沒有更換床單，枕頭上還有頭髮，污漬，根本沒有更換床單，枕頭套和被子！臟死了！ 沖涼的水龍頭斷的，最主要還沒有水啊，不能沖涼！我還是用上廁所的水管沖涼😞 其中一間廁所還沒有燈！有沒有搞錯！嚇死了 門的貓眼也是壞的粘起來，不能看外面！ 其中一間房的空調還不會冷！氣死了！真的無語 門的鎖匙，兩個個房間一把鎖匙都能開，這樣安全何在！...不安全😰 超級不介意住！勸退！ I booked a deluxe room, a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, but they told me the air conditioner in that room was broken and gave us two smaller rooms instead. Unbelievable 😒, and the rooms were super tiny. Bad review, bad review. The sheets weren’t changed at all; there was hair and stains on the pillows. Clearly, they hadn’t replaced the sheets, pillowcases, or comforter! Disgusting! The shower faucet was broken, and, worse, there was no water to shower with! I had to use the toilet spray hose to shower 😞. One of the bathrooms didn’t even have a light! Are you kidding me? That was so scary. The peephole on the door was broken and taped over, so you couldn’t see outside! The air conditioner in one of the rooms wasn’t even cold! This is so frustrating, really speechless. And then, the keys – both rooms could be opened with the same key! Where’s the safety in that? It’s so unsafe 😰. Definitely not recommended! Stay away!
