Hotel ni ok untuk berehat. Swimming pool kecil aje. Airnya sejuk. Parking agak kurang ok nak nak bila nak keluar. Rapat sangat hampir nak tergeser dengan dinding. Kalau bawa kereta besar ngam ngam aje. Breakfast tiada. Tapi ada coffee house dalam hotel. Mcd pun ada depan hotel. Bantal dan tilam empuk. Toilet cantik. Iron tiada maybe kena request. Staff ok.

truly love the aesthetic of the hotel and the room, especially the amenities. +1 for the bidet but wished there were hooks in the toilet as I had no place to hang my dirty clothes/towels whilst showering. the service during check-in and check-out can be improved where possible. location-wise, it is about 10 mins walk away from TRX and 15 mins from Pavilion - if those are the places you’d like to check out. else, Grab is easily available - thou be warned, the drivers might miss the entrance as it is really a mini driveway.

The design of the hotel exudes coziness from the lobby to the room. Location is walking distance to Pavillion KL where there's lots of action. Food at monroe is great. The cafe in the lobby also serves good espresso drinks. Affordable rates.

When there for birthday celebration and noted as request but hotel did nothing. The room was small and dusty, some items can be seen exhausted especially the metal elements in the toilet. The best part of the hotel is the amenities which is Aesop bath and shampoo which was a great addition. Location is very confusing for grab drivers and is difficult to walk as the roads are busy and at night does not feel safe to go out alone as the back alleys are dark. All in all, staff were kind and always help. Tried the restaurant on level 2 for lunch and it was great! The food had Reasonable price 🎂
