Lucentia Residence at Bbcc Lalaport Kuala Lumpur by Veedu Hauz

Booked via Booking based on price and location. Good: Received WhatsApp notice from agent re check-in details. Met in lobby as arranged. Cash payment made for apar**ent and deposit (as requested in small print), no receipt - just note on whatsapp. All useful details re. stay provided immediately. Check out was smooth, deposit returned. Apar**ent was smaller than in pic but adequate. Very comfortable bed, aircon and washing machine/dryer working, and ample hot water. Infinity pool has absolutely stunning views. Security is amazing - personnel at lobby, swipe access to elevators and swipe to access each floor. Bad: Few hours prior to check-in, received notification from booking that it was modified and price had increased by 30 MYR. Met agent at lobby and insisted that I was paying the amount I booked initially. No luggage storage facility as stated in webpage, which was a massive problem as I had planned on walking around the shopping centre. So, have to give this place a bad review for 2 reasons: modifying prices without prior discussions and lack of essential services that was supposed to be available - no luggage storage, A** on-site, lockers or invoice provided.
