The Bridge Suites

The worst hotel I have ever been to. The first night we got rooms with a connecting door. We arrived late from the field - they forgot to open the doors. The receptionist was concerned that she did not have the key. It is clear that the children cannot sleep without an open door between the rooms. In the part facing the road - you can't sleep for a moment - the feeling is as if you are sleeping on a traffic stop on a busy road. After realizing the problem the next day, it took a while to find the solution. Finally we were moved up to a room on the fifth floor - although it was quieter but dirty. On the second day, they didn't clean our room at all, they didn't refill soaps and toilet paper. The room has a pungent smell of sewage. The breakfast is disgusting - a feeling as if the food served is stagnant and not fresh. We didn't touch. The next two days we didn't go in at all. Despite the horrible stay, there is no one to talk to - we did not receive any compensation. Stay away! The location is not in the center. You have to take uber always. The pictures on the websites are misleading. The only good thing was a very nice receptionist, but he couldn't change the situation

Cosy apartments, we had the one with a fantastic view over the river. Very nice staff. They serve a great breakfast. And the location is just perfect - in the heart of Podgorze, a hip area with some of the best restaurants. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 4 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room is incredibly comfortable and clean. The view of the Vistula river is worth the little bit extra in price. Breakfast was fresh and just what was needed at the beginning of the day. The only downsides would be the proximity to the main road. It can be rather loud when trying to sleep, the trams are particularly noisy. Having said that they do leave earplugs in the room to accommodate for this. Also, the curtains don't fully block all the street lights so I did have a little issue getting to sleep. This hotel is also quite far from the main square. Fortunately, we didn't mind the walk and this only takes between 20 - 25 minutes. If you don't fancy the walk use Bolt, this will only cost you around £3 to get to the square. Overall, loved the hotel. Staff were great, it was immaculately clean and made for a great holiday.

Stayed for 2 nights. Big and spacious suites. I was honestly positively shocked considering it’s pretty cheap for a suite. Amazing view over the city and close to tram stops. Service was quick and easy. Probably the best hotel breakfast you’ll ever eat. So worth the money!!

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was beautiful! The view was fantastic, the room was clean, modern and spacious. The location was great for us. Not in the center but close enough that you can stroll to the center with lots to view along the way. As well as having all amenities local. We had a river view suite which was perfect. We saw some reviews regarding noise from the trams, which we did hear but didn't find too loud. Before arriving we had lots of communication from the hotel regarding our stay as well as having any questing answered within a timely manner, which I found very reassuring. We had been informed prior to our stay that we could leave our luggage in safe storage which was great to know! However when we arrived we were informed out room was ready so we could check straight in... Bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed to know or do something. Shout out to Michal on reception. Overall a hotel we would happily stay at again.

Absolutely stunning hotel, amazing location. Love lock bridge is right outside. Easy to find and only 10-15 min walk from the main square. The room was big, stylish and very clean. The bathroom was also stunning. I ordered a bottle of Prosecco and this was chilled and on ice when we entered the room. The only down point was the sleeping, the bed was big but the covers was 2 singles rather than one double and the pillows was obviously for display only and the sleeping pillows was really flat that we had to fold them on half, not a major issue but when we go again I will be asking for extras. Will 100% be returning.
