Great location but disappointing rooms. We had 2 rooms booked. One had a terrible odor. There was no one on site to help. I emailed the contact. I was told the older buildings sometimes have sewer issues. They did have another room available, so we switched to it. The 2 rooms we ended up with had no odor. Beds were not comfortable, no thermostat, no shelving in shower or bathroom to hold personal items. We had planned to stay there again after a brief side trip, but cancelled and book elsewhere.

Great place right in the middle of old town.
The only minus is the property does not have an elevator. Only stairs. So if you have heavy luggage this might be an issue.

Nice accommodation right in the centre of Old Town. Loads of shops, restaurants on your doorstep and a 2 min walk to the square. We had the top floor family room which was huge. Kids slept in a different section of the room. Rooms cleaned every day. Had bottles water and toiletries replaced daily too. Very quiet and key code so no need to mess around with keys and cards. The only negative I would say is that the window could do with some curtains as it only has a very thin blind and is very bright in the morning. Also not suitable fir persons with mobility issues as no lift. Otherwise woukd definitely recommend.

We booked an economy room which was small - as expected, but had everything needed (although more hangers would have been appreciated). One of the cleanest hotel rooms we've stayed in. Everything required was there, with generous toiletries and tea/coffee facilities, internal balcony. Fantastic location for Old City. Staff could have been a bit more forth-coming. We definitely recommend.

This is a traditional polish city hotel situated right in the middle of the old town. Quirky wooden stairs and preserved different sized rooms it’s a lovely place to be. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Clean, warm and quiet, what more would you want.
