Aneks Hotelu Kazimierz

沒有電梯，但是服務員會幫忙拎箱子，不然我真的提不動。最後一天趕早趕路，一點小插曲，前台也非常幫忙。克拉科夫最後的回憶，是好的。

It’s clean, it’s friendly and it’s in an interesting area. For me the main reason for my excellent review is due to the staff. The male who booked us in on Friday evening was very polite, pleasant and friendly. An unexpected departure by one guest a day early was seen by the same manager who went out of his way to check they were okay and to offer advice and assistance.

So my review of the Hotel Kazimierz 111 . Good points ,nice location, good breakfast, good shower , that's the good points done . Know the bad points , maid service never really happened,only thing she did was replaced the towels . No bed made ,no tea , coffee, cream , replaced,I had to go to reception to ask for this daily . And on the Monday night a female member of the reception staff told me to go to the shop for milk ,she eventually got me some cream ,she was really rude and not professional at all. This attitude of hers carried on at Tuesday morning.even the bye when we left was like bye and don't come back sort of thing, Only two young girls on reception spoke the rest didn't want to bother , it was like they didn't want you in the Hotel. I've been to Krakow a few times this is by far the worst Hotel staff wise I've been to ,this includes other countries also . Two out of five stars for us that's because of the good Breakfast and good shower , the woman who was on nights Monday 3rd July until 8am tuesday morning needs to be let go ,she's not doing your reputation any good at all.

Great place, friendly Staff, room was spotless and warm ensuite bathroom had great shower - breakfast was lovely - i would definitely go back and stay here again its in the jewish quarter and is a short 10 min walk to old town and the Krakow town square

This hotel provided everything we needed. Clean and very warm. The staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast provided everything you would want for breakfast. 20 minute walk to the market square and the Chris**as Market.

Stayed a full week at apar**ent next door to the hotel. It was a pleasant stay, room a bit dated but fine. Cleaned daily. Looking over street, which can get quite busy at nights. But slept fine with windows closed. Staff was great. Breakfast next door at the hotel. Fantastic buffet!

My single room with two twin beds was surprisingly roomy! That area has a night life but it's quieter than other parts of the old town ( stare miasto). Breakfast was a little skimpy but there are many amazing cafes and restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend it!

I recommend this hotel. Excellent location and perfect breakfast. Very clean and the the reception is available 24/7. Like this hotel it's very calming and helpful workers. Will definetly visit again soon.
