The place is great , good value for money. And there was a small refrigerator for your frozen food. So no wasted leftover if you’re in town for the Gaya Night Market. The staff was really great and helpfull also. The hotel and room is very good , the amenities are convenient. Overall it is good for money place to stay.

一開始也是很急忙挑選的酒店 並沒有仔細考察過 但是整體給我帶來的感覺很出乎意料 辦理入住的時候其實我並不太會英語溝通有點困難 但工作人員會很有耐心和我溝通 也很順利入住 也會有電梯 在我入住一個小時內 負責人還專門打電話和我説了抱歉因為他們的服務人員不太會中文 諮詢我是否辦理好入住 希望不會讓我感覺有困擾 讓我感覺他們很有責任心 在我需要出門的時候 他們的工作人員有換班 也會很清晰記住我是那個房客 主動諮詢我們會需要打掃衞生嗎 晚上回來的時候他們也會很細心告知我需要幫我預約接送機嗎 給我帶來很大的幫助 他們覺得這是他們應該做的 我真的哭死 太暖心了
房間整體很大 很乾凈 沒有異味 設施方面也是很齊全的 打掃的也很用心
特別在此非常感謝張張小姐姐 真的很貼心 下次還有機會來遊玩我還會選着你們🥰

2nd time back to this hotel, they upgrade our room, and again, love the location, walking distance to Gaya Street and Pasar Besar, plenty of parking, room is spacious and clean, we had a good night sleep. Highly recommended
