Ulasan Borneo Beach Villas & Suites

We visited for a family trip, and while the location is beautiful and conveniently situated, the cleanliness didn’t meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we found a large cockroach and some leftover snacks under the bed. Additionally, the outdoor bathroom's shower head wasn’t functioning properly, as the water temperature couldn’t be adjusted to warm or cold.The management should address the air conditioning in the living room—you probably know what I mean! I didn’t want to leave an average review, especially because the staff who checked me in were very friendly. However, when we checked out, the service was slow. The staff didn’t take the initiative to check on the status of our deposit, leaving us waiting while housekeeping inspected the room. To make things worse, two guests who came after us received their deposit back before we did, which was frustrating. I think this can be avoid if the staff were trained better. :)
