Nice hotel to stay if u wish to try to enjoy the beauty of sunset and sunrise beyond the magnificent kelantan river.

Nice hotel and good location, tapi tahi burong byk hati2 bila parking kereta. Free parking tapi mlm susah nk parking coz dpn hotel byk kedai mkn. Hotel booking online highly recommended, very cheap.

The service was not so good coz I got room with 2 single bed instead of room with double bed (as stated in my booking summary).

I had booked and paid to stay here, when i arrived i got such a horrible experience of rudeness from fromt of house staff i decided to just walk away. I was rudely told check in at 3pm, it was before 11am, so despite having been emailed to say i can check in at 11am and how happy they will be when i arrive and that i am staying there…the reaction i got from reception staff told me, just do not stay here. First time i ever met a rude Malay. I would rather stay on the road than stay where someone is so rude to me. What did i do to you? Why are you so rude to me? One can see why thre is a no refund policy, i wonder if any guests actually stay here after being spoken to and treated ao rudely. Welcome to kota bahru…if i can give a zero out of five i would.
