Kamarnya kecil tapi bersih. Sarapannya semi self-service. Anda bisa leluasa menyantap minuman, makanan pokok, buah-buahan, sup, salad sayur dan beberapa makanan khas setempat. Anda bisa memilih salah satu hidangan utama yang sangat enak. Satu-satunya hal yang membuat saya tidak enak adalah hari saya check in. Karena topan dan hujan lebat, saya tiba di hotel jam 12 dan itu bukan waktu check-in. Saya bertanya ke meja depan kalau ada kamar yang sudah dibersihkan bisa saya check in dulu supaya bisa ganti baju basah.Petugas front desk saya cek komputer dan bilang bisa bayar 1.000 yen untuk early check-in.Walaupun jumlahnya tidak banyak, Saya merasa tidak nyaman, dulu kalau check in di eropa kalau ada kamar bersih biasanya saya kasih kartu kamar terlebih dahulu. Hotel ini mengikuti aturan tetapi tidak memiliki sentuhan manusia

Great hotel great location where all the restaurants and business are in kochi city. Great prices. And finally breakfast buffet is delicious. Stay here a lot.

Friendly staff, the room was quite large and super clean and comfortable. Very quiet too. The parking nearby was easy and cheap. The hotel is situated in the long shopping street which is covered, nearby interesting shops, combini and walking distance from the castle and museum. Breakfast is optional,for about 1400 yen,half buffet,with good choices. Go out for dinner at the wonderful Hirome market! Super friendly atmosphere, amazing fresh local products and the famous" Katsuo no tataki ": seared bonito tuna, you will never eat such fresh,tasty fish and prawns.

While this is a standard business hotel with the standard amenities, it’s neat, clean and has the best location for sightseeing and shopping. The main entrance is on a major shopping street. We didn’t opt for their breakfast, it didn’t look very good, but can’t speak from experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was spotless. Highly recommended.

Location here is everything as you are literally in the middle of the covered shopping street and Hiromie Market is 8 minutes’ walk away. There are also a myriad of izakayas, grilled bonito, sushi and ramen shops in the vicinity. Daimaru is a few steps away as well. The room was smallish but the beds were comfortable. Wifi worked well in the room. Do note they have smoking rooms/floors as well so do request a different room if you do not like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was tiny but had a bath. They provide a variety of bath ‘bombs’ with flavours like lavendar, grape and orange at reception. We requested for harder pillows and these were delivered within 5 minutes. They do have parking but that is located about 5 minutes’ walk away.

This hotel is in a prime location in Kochi, as it faces one of the shopping arcades, offering you with a lot of food options in case of rain. I paid a rate that included breakfast (which was very reasonable), and you get to choose one main dish and then there is a buffet section with rice, miso soup, salad and some other items. I thought it was pretty good value for this class of hotel. The room was a good size, although it doesn't really have much in the way of a view because the surrounding buildings look a little old and rusty. The shower temperature is finnicky. You have to let the water run for 30+ seconds before it settles down. As a foreigner living in Japan, I was pleasantly surprised that staff acted correctly in not demanding my passport or residence card upon check-in.

The rooms were great. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was quite good! We had a delightful time and recommend the hotel to others going to Kochi. The hotel location is excellent and walking distance to so many attractions.
