MC Arancia Resort Hotel - All Inclusive

First time in turkey. We will definitely come back, the pool and beach are beautiful. The food is varied for all and the entertainers work so hard all day and make every body feel welcome. they are a credit To the hotel good work guys. Make sure you bring lots of sun cream

I have just returned from the MC Arancia spending 5 days with my wife. The resort has a lot to offer and located right on its own private beach. There is a pleasant mix of all tourists in the resort but we had english speaking reception staff. Lots of activities around the pool and you can lounge on the beach if you want a quiet afternoon. The hotel is in a nice and safe location, I would recommend for couples.

Issues: Music by the pool: playlist always on repeat, i booked a 10 day holiday so you can imagine my brain after 4 days. and unfortunately the Turkish guests always have what they want, it has to be Turkish music most of the time. There was this particular time that afrobeats was playing, and someone Turkish complained and in an instant it changed. Next issue: staff doesn’t speak English. There was a time that they didn’t leave towels in my bathroom, I asked the reception staff for towels, and another staff members left bed sheets. I had to wait 1 hour for towels to be delivered into my room. I went to the reception and said I would get the towels myself and they were so rude and said: do you think I have towels here? Next issue: -entertainment has days better than others. Staff entertainment behaviour is not the best, especially the male with a ponytail and tattoos at the back of his legs. His attitude is terrible. He is not professional at all. and not to mention that he is ALWAYS drunk in the club summer garden, which it’s outside the resort. I don’t want to even mention his behaviour. Not to mention, the nastiness that comes out of his mouth. He is very immature, and out of place. Very bad reputation for the resort. Now let’s talk about that they never registered my child in the system, and how I found out was because the housekeeper kept leaving 2 towels when cleaning the room in the morning. And not three. I asked her why and she told me there is only two people registered in the room, we were 3 people in total. So in case of fire or any other accidents, my child would have been non existent in the resort. We checked out and he still was not registered in the system. Next issue, the bathrooms, wholes in the tiles, pipes not fixed properly. Numerous times I complained that my bathroom was flooded with water on the floor as there was a leakage in the sink; and they did absolutely nothing. I spent the holiday putting towels on the floor to absorb the water. This issue was not only in my room but my friends room too, her bathroom sink was constantly leaking. I took pictures and videos of everything, showed them to the staff in the reception and nothing was done. I asked to move room, still nothing was done. Next issue, Beach bar - what a non sense. The entertainment is terrible. It would start packed up with people, and not even 20 min into whatever they organised, people would be leaving. Also, It shuts at 11pm. So if you thinking of booking a holiday just know that there is no entertainment after 11pm. Also, the amphitheater- ridiculous. They perform random shows and then you have to leave the place and walk all the way to the beach bar. Next issue: Drinks are terrible. If you are looking for a good cocktail, their rum and vodka, and whiskey is the worst quality ever. Not to mention the wine, so bad !!! Next issue: Food : the same thing every single day. As mentioned, I booked 10 days. I lost my appetite after 5 days. Also

An average experience with nothing out of the ordinary. Food: the food was not bad, not very good, but the Se almost every single day. Entertainment: they are trying..not too hard but they are trying. The hotel: at the pool glasses and recepients are not cleaned properly at all. Restaurant: everything OK let's say but cleanness is not something the hotel can be proud of.. The bartenders at the pool are trying to keep a positive attitude and atmosphere. Chhers to them. The surroundings: unfortunately here the hotel seems that they forgot about the playgrounds, children play place and beach. Internet : I have been in Turkey at least five times before but never have I been asked to pay for wifiinternet....it is not about the amount but..we are 2024... Rooms: paid for an updragde to deluxe which was a good choice. But how can they charge you extra money if you ask for an ironing table....

The food and drinks are well. Staff are very helpful specially Melike. Everything perfect. The room always clean and comfortable. Pools are clean and perfect. Beach is cool and comfortable also. We like this place. We would recommend to everyone.

Everything was ok. Personal was helpful. Good food. Nice view and clean around. Entertainment. We was happy to be here. Staff looking after you. If any problems they happy to help. We don’t have any problems. We will recommend it to our friends.

We had such a fantastic holiday here - where do I start. The rooms are cleaned everyday with the fridge filled with Pepsi, fanta and lemonade daily. After several holidays in Turkey this was our favourite pool area - just the right size for children, its not too big so you lose sight of them and the slides are so fun. The food was superb - lots of Turkish cuisine in the evenings. It's situated 2 minutes walk from lots of shops. The hotel bar closes at 02:00 which is great you're like us and want to play some cards and have a few drinks. The spa was excellent too. Well worth the money. Entertainment was such fun, kids disco then different shows in the amphitheatre, and then quizs, bingo, party's in the beach bar. I want to particularly thank Okan and Faith who are part of the animation team. They were so great to us, and I forgive them getting me up on stage during the couples contest and making me do the tango! 🤣 Top holiday thankyou guys. Bob, Jazz and family.

Huge 5 star Hotel situated near the rocks beach with water slides and 4 swimming pools. Food is excellent and very diverse, drinks are good, cold, with a lot of cocktails. Rooms are clean and tide with everything that you need working, sheets has been replaced every 2 or 3 days. Entertainment has to be improved a bit but Disco and the DJ are great. Internet connection and speed is bad also it is not free, in my opinion it is expensive ( 10 € / 7 days)

Nice view from our room. Good food and tasty. Brilliant beach. Staff is amazing specially Melike and Talha. Great entertainment team. Nice cocktails with great bartenders. Huge pools and green garden. Definitely recommend to everyone!!!
