We really enjoy this hotel we had a lot of funs and the staff are very friendly but Chacha is the best always laughing and friendly the food was also nice recep the bar man cansu was very productive at the disco we really had a lots of fun and we will love to visit again

Very special pleace and hear are very good people if you wanna take beautyful pictures thats prfect pleace. The Best drinks and the Best staf. Best night show's. Very good for children they can play all Day and have fun. The beach IS very beautyful and clean. ❤️❤️

Was really good holidays, hotel really nice , staff good and professional, specially entertainment team ,Emri with his team and DJ was super good and friendly. But the food not good...not much fruits just like orange, apples and peaŗs :D Nice beach with a bar.lots of programs and games all day Lots of likes for entertainment team thank you guys ;) Dainius

Food poisoning from day 2. Ate breakfast and evening meal on day one. Day 2 could not stay off the toilet. Sick. Bad stomach cramps. In bed for next 7 days. Did not/could not eat all that time. Had to get a flight home 5 days early. Lots of other people also sick some taken to hospital by Ambulance. I was in bed for a further 4 days after getting home. Lost a stone in weight.we stayed in room 1412 on 4th floor. Had i been well enough to use the balcony i could not have done cos there were 3 dogs constant barking at the bottom floor across the road day/ night. The beds are very hard and lumpy as was said also by the rest of our family. Please do not stay here you will have a really bad time and waste your money. This is our 4th time in Turkey and the only time we ever had a problem. 5*. DO NOT THINK SO. And on the beach should take it off their books

We had an amazing time. Can't recommend everyone high enough, absolutely faultless. Every single person was very helpful. Food was stunning, everywhere so clean, entertainment crew was so friendly and always willing to play with our children,( all under 10). Ali,Luna, Murat, Ibo and so many other workers who were just fantastic. Thank you so much for making this holiday so nice, comfortable and stress free. My brothers who were with us and never been on all inclusive holiday are super happy. Best regards Bold family

Terrible hotel!! Just arrived home from worst trip. My partner suffered from food poisoning , gastroenteritis after eating at the restaurant from first night and ended up in hospital for two days. I have an 8 month old and 3 year old children and hotel staff didn't offer any assistance. I didn't see anyone from hotel management to see if we needed even water! I was on 4th floor and needed to sterilise bottles and wouldn't give me a kettle and expected me to go up and down with two babies alone as my partner was in hospital or ask if I need any help. There were many other families unwell and had early flights with same symptoms but hotel kept telling me we are the only family. There was ambulances taking people from this hotel to hospital Dailey as you can see from my attached photos They are liars! We couldn't eat at the hotel afterwards as I was scared me and my children would end up the same way so had to go the supermarket outside. I asked to speak with management about my situation but they were too busy chatting in office and kept me waiting for 20 minutes at reception and still denied it was anything to do with their hotel. Please avoid because you will be very disappointed. The hotel ain’t 5* more like 3*! Make staff there kept touching my daughter because they knew he was in hospital but had shock when I told them to get away from us! The hotel's entertainment is terrible, the entertainers are more interested in chatting up the women. I'm from uk and the food ain't for us, please please keep away from this hotel.

Dizalya Arrived home last weekend from a 2 week stay at Dizalya Palm Garden in Alanya. We stayed as a family, 4 adults and 2 children under 10 years old. Arrival Reception: We arrived slightly later than we should have due to a small delay to the flight. It was around 6pm when we got to the hotel. We received a warm welcome and swiftly checked in. Then shown to our rooms by two very friendly staff members. The rooms: Our rooms were on the 3rd floor and were standard balcony rooms. The view from the balcony wasn’t great because it was overlooking the building next door. But we didn’t spend much time in the rooms apart from sleeping so it didn’t really matter. They were very spacious and comfortable. The shower was really good, I like a wet room and loads of space to shower the kids. We didn’t have the room cleaned every day, tended to have the cleaner in every other day. Though lots of the time our toilet roll wasn’t topped up when we were running low and the sheets/covers on the bed were rarely changed. Even when they were dirty they would just get folded up on the bed again. In the two weeks we were there they were only changed once. In the fridge on arrival is a bottle of still water, 2 small bottles of Pepsi and 2 small bottles of sparking water. Only the big water gets replenished during a clean. Not the others. Swimming Pools and beach: We spent a lot of time by the pools (mainly the kids pool and slides). The big pool never felt crowded because it is so big. It was a bit too deep for my wife and kids though so that was a small downside. We did manage to get beds by the pool each day but had to be down there early. Even though around the pool areas there are signs saying you are not allowed to reserve beds with towels or clothes people were, early every morning. On multiple occasions we saw beds reserved but no one using them all day so this rule was not upheld by staff. In fact other than the animation and waiter team there was barely any presence of staff around the pool, the life guard was never really around. On 3 separate occasions other children did a poo in the kids pool. When staff were informed, they either had no idea what they were being told, walked off and never came back or they would just put some tape around the edge of the pool to stop people going in there. We were sure that they then did nothing about it because after one incident the same floaters were in the pool the next day. I went to reception to complain and get someone out and was told that wouldn’t be the case and it was cleaned thoroughly the night before. No one showed up to look after that. The beach is a shingle beach and is a 5 minute walk from the hotel down a road out of a side gate of the complex. My mother and father in law of our party swam in the sea a few times but us other other 4 swam in the sea once because it was pretty rough and our kids weren’t keen to go anymore after struggling to go in and out. I'll preface this by saying I got the dreaded 'Turkey Tummy' so this was not the most enjoyable holiday I've ever been on. It was my first experience of Turkey, and what I'd say is you get what you pay for - a five star holiday is cheaper in Turkey than, say, the Canaries, because it's not quite up to the same standard. On the plus side, the hotel was clean and spacious, and the pool and beach were nice. I enjoyed the jeep safari trip we booked through the hotel - although everything comes with an up-sell! However, the food was bland, repetitive and canteen-like, with nothing cooked to order at all (as I've experienced on other five star all-inclusive stays), the cocktails were cheap spirits thrown into a glass and not particularly nice, and there wasn't much going on in terms of evening entertainment - just one dance show and a pianist during the week we stayed. It was OK but I wouldn't go back.
