Stay was good, room was not maintained cleanly, and service was not upto the mark. Can be better in terms of service

Dont fall prey to this place. The booking was through make my trip but the amenities and facilities are totally different in reality as compared to the catalogue propived by mmt. The staff at reception are compelling to accept standadd and deluxe rooms even when the booking/payment was done for executive rooms. For every complain the staff had tailor made excuses. A big no.

It’s located on 9th floor terrace. Rooms doesn’t have safety locks. Beds are not good, blankets are not clean. Overall not a good hotel to stay. Lift doesn’t go to 9th floor, you need to take stairs from 8th floor

Room was spacious and clean. As the room was in top floor the ac took more than 4 hours to cool the room. Staff were cooperative. Location is good.

Positives: Room was clean and comfortable. Good ambience and view just outside the room.
Negatives: Communication issues with some of the staff (don't understand English). Hotel has no restaurant, only a kitchen, so you have to order your meals beforehand. This was not communicated properly. Room service did not pick up the phone at 6:30 am.

The place is not what we were expecting at all and it is overpriced. The room wasn’t clean, the towels had dark spots (they changed it 3 times). We stayed less than one hour and asked for refund.
