Good service

Hotel tres bien. Le personnel très gentil et surtout très serviable prêt à rendre service malgré leur statut respectif. La nourriture est très bonne. Le petit déjeuner offre une large gamme de nourriture. Je suis végétarien et j’ai mangé varié pendant mon séjour. Dans le cadre de la fête de nawmi où la déesse Durga est vénéré l’hôtel offre un vaste choix de plats typiques du bengal en forme de buffet midi et soir. Le personnel du restaurant est formidable. Le service de voiturier est aussi très bien. Ritesh était un guide hors pair et il m’a fait visiter des endroits insolites. Je le recommande sans hésitation car on se sent très en sécurité avec lui.

Great food. Good taste. Courteous staff. Try the Indian meals for sure. They cook as per your requirements. Try the mix vegetable dishes. The desserts are a must try. The drinks are of different variety and well made. The ambience is very cosy and the music is not loud. Do visit.

The staff is lovely and cordial. Had a lovely stay for more than 15 days and the guys made it all smooth. The front desk and maintenance staff were prompt and polite and made our stay very comfortable. The location of the hotel is good if u are looking ro stay in sector V

The stay was very good.Hospitality was great.Rooms are very spacious and very clean.Our overall stay was pleasant.Food was also good.Ambience of the restaurant is very welcoming and inviting.If in Kolkata definitely one can stay here and will not regret your visit.
