Its the best hostel i have been in my life really , i love it tooo much

Worth for lower budget the hotel is very quite and good location.

Everything is very nice except the location.

good breakfast, cool common areas, but the staff was very unpleasant and unfriendly

Hostel conditions are good, staff are friendly and informative. Location is a little far from the centre if you are not willing to rent a bike. Some beds are very exposed and would be much better if they had a curtain. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Perfect hostel! Has everything you need!

This hostel was great. Unfortunately I had a lot of insects in the room that was cleared up. But when I asked about the Lizard they said nothing they can do. Staff are normally very friendly and helpful otherwise. On leaving I wasn't asked how my stay was or given a goodbye

Quisimos hacer un check out antes de tiempo por temas personales y aunque Trip nos ponía facilidades y todo para el reembolso ellos no estaban dispuestos. Podríamos irnos antes pero no nos devolverían el dinero, aunque avisásemos antes de hora de check out y lo que fuese… Muy molestos con la gestión de recepción, las fotos también engañan. Lo destacable es el área para trabajar y el desayuno de pago.

В общем все мега-супер, лучший завтрак, хорошее местоположение. А вот сервисы..просто не ожидала, что они грубые такие и наглые.

В общем все хорошо, только не понравилось обслуживание, они не дружелюбные.

We had a great time at the Dearly Hostel. The staff are very accomodating, assisting us with booking taxis, fishing tours and scooters. We booked a four bed dorm which had strong AC and a decent balcony. another highlight of this hostel was the pool which has deeper sections for learning to dive. Definitely recommend this hostel if you are planning a trip to Koh Tao!

The staff were absolutely amazing and super friendly, check-in was super easy and within no time we were in our room. They also helped us with recommendations on lunch/dinner spot and motorcycle rental. You can also book transport to and from the ferry jetty through them. The room was really spacious and had a nice big reading nook (which kind of was an extra single bed) next to the window. It was very clean and lots of natural light came in through the large windows. Toilet was separate from the shower in our private room which is always nice. The breakfast was great, especially for the private room as you'll get to chose an extra fancy breakfast that gets made fresh for you. Highly recommend the muesli bowl it was full of seasonal fruits and a delicious way to start the day! The only thing I'd say is a slight negative for the Dearly is it's location. It's on the south side of the island and because of that a 10/15 min motorcycle drive away from the main town on Koh Tao. So if you're planning on going out at night in town and don't want to drive back drunk you'll have to organise a taxi (you might be able to do this through the hotel I don't know so maybe check with them).
