It is a good hotel with an excellent location. However, is a little bit pricey. Having a very nice pool with a view and good services overall. Staff was helpful.

I would not recommend staying at Sairee Hut Resort. The place is extremely run down. Our room had no hot water, the shower drain was clogged and overflowing, and mosquitoes filled the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep. However, what bothered me most was the resort’s treatment of animals. They keep wild birds confined in small cages out front, with barely any room to move, let alone fly. I’m not sure if this is cultural or meant for tourist entertainment since the birds can talk, but whatever the reason, it is cruel! Birds are meant to be free, not locked in cages for display. These birds were kept in the cages for the entire duration of our stay, and I can only imagine how long they’ve been trapped there. Overall, this resort was disappointing, both in its facilities and ethics. I would not stay here again.

Good location nice spacious rooms nice pool, only complaint was plastic plates and dishes for breakfast

The hotel is very clean and next by the beach. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is perfect, you can walk to many restaurants nearby. Recommend!

The breakfast was a great buffet every day and the rooms were so spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and the free shuttle to/from the port was super helpful.

Super nice place! we booked 2 rooms, they gave us 2 next to each other. Very helpful personnel, good breakfast on the beach, the beach bar with good prices, comfy pool. There were issues with water pressure in a shower, but all the rest is just great!

This place on arrival was quite messy with old furniture items in the walkways to the rooms in sections Hot water was hit a miss and outdoor shower was out of order in general items not maintained well I was allocated a room on the third floor however requested a room downstairs and after quite a bit of time it was allocated - the next day I found out they had a lift, so could not understand why on checking in I wasn't told about it, even when stating my reason for changing room was I didn't want to walk up 3 flights of stairs no mention of lift - this would have saved the drama I was not impressed at the beginning and the girl at reception was lovely however stated that she couldn't do much as I was uncertain the hotel was clean given the state of the hotel in parts I saw - the lovely girl call the Manager and was told if I wanted a refund to contact Agoda even though my booking was not with them however - the Manager who was on the phone, refused to speak with me a paying customer - any person who runs a hotel in that position should speak with a customer - this quickly told me why the hotel was poorly run with a Manager who couldn't even try and resolve certain issues I had - I wasn't after a refund, infact I asked to pay for an upgrade but there wasn't one available - that was ok but it's not ok for a Manager to treat a customer like she did - very poor example for her staff The breakfast was nice and if it wasn't for the staff being so nice, it made things nice and hotel was ok

the villa much older then photos but still acceptable, guests should check hot water is it working first. My villa No.1 have leaking water from window and celling when raining, hope they fix the problem already. Music around the villa is not too bother me.

We did not get the room that we supposed to get. We booked the queen bed room but they gave us dobled bed room and put them together without topper

Good location for food and night life. Room a bit old but ok for just sleeping.

I stayed at Sairee Hut many years ago and the resort has definitely upgraded. We booked the triple room - it’s nothing fancy but had everything we needed. We booked an additional night and the only room available was a sea view deluxe - it’s in a newer building and it was definitely an upgrade. Huge bed, bathrobes etc. Sairee Hut is in the perfect location, easy to walk everywhere in Sairee. Breakfast is a buffet and has a good mix of western and Asian options. The front desk staff, and indeed all the staff, are polite and helpful and very welcoming! They organised boat trips and taxis for us - they were really great. Would definitely stay again!
