Great location, close to bars restaurants and shops. They provide a handy pick-up service to and from the pier to the hotel. It's close to everything. We stayed in a little wooden chalet next to the pool. Cleaned every day and water given, which was nice. The only thing the walls of the adjoining chalet were paper thin. Everything was heard from next door ear plugs are a must. Motorbike rental outside. Nice restaurant across the road.

Highly recommend. Amazing location, close to everything but not too much in the middle of the commotion.

Very nice, one of the cheapest options we had, But we were positively suprised. Included pickup at ferry dock, even though we hadn’t discussed this with the hotel. Good swimmingpool and friendly staff.

Good location and very clean. Beds are very comfortable and the staff was very nice. They also have bikes for rent.

Well, when I searched for a room I set the app filter for ac, but filter works even if just one type of rooms in hotel have ac, and photos of different types of rooms presented alltogether. So I got a room with 2 noisy fans instead of ac, that was peculiar experience and I'm not gonna repeat it 😆 And the most disappointing thing is the absence of fridge, but ok, that's maybe the lesson for me to be more watchful On average that's a great hotel, beautiful and nice personal and everything

Great location, comfortable room with everything I needed pool is great too!

The location is ok, it's not far from the beach, but far enough away from the bars to reduce that particular noise at night. However, it is near a significant amount of construction, and on the main street, so it gets quite loud. The walls are also very thin, so you heard all the noise of your neighbors, every door slamming in the hallway, and everyone noisily going to/leaving their rooms. The rooms without AC are almost unbearable... It was so hot and miserable, and only has one tiny ceiling fan (which you aren't able to control the direction of), that we decided to change accomodation after one night. Luckily, we were able to find a similar accomodation, right on the beach, with AC, for half the price. The staff were very friendly/helpful (probably the best aspect about the hotel), and the property is well taken care of). However, overall it just wasn't worth the price, especially given that we switched to something better, while also paying half as much. If it's the only or the cheapest option available, and you don't mind noise, and can get an AC room, then it's fine. But personally, there are better places for the price.

Great for the price you pay

Great accommodation and friendly staff. We wanted to rent a scooter but they ask for your passport as a deposit so we rented a scooter from someone else. I also don't understand that you give your passport as a deposit, then you are really stupid. Paying with credit card costs you 5% extra on the amount you want to pay, also not really service-oriented. Furthermore, we had a great stay and you are picked up from the pier and also brought and they sell boat tickets to Koh Phangan and Koh Samui.

A good hotel with green territory and friendly staff. Cozy and clean rooms, deep pool. There are many cafes and shops nearby, also the beach is within walking distance.

The hotel is simply super! You can safely take a room without air conditioning on the 1st floor, the rooms were in the shade. Of the minuses in the rooms of different classes, there is a smell of sewage everywhere, but that's all, the hotel is simply wonderful, next time only here!

Good location about ten minutes walk from Sairee beach. Many restaurants around and 7-11 on the same street. Fan in the room

Cleanliness - top location - a bit far from the harbor but in the center of "everything" bars, club, restaurant, etc. The beach is also just a few minutes away. Staff is very friendly.

It was an absolutely brilliant place. Super good rooms with terrace in all rooms. It is also very centrally located. The staff is very helpful. In addition, there is a really nice pool. It can definitely be recommended to others.
