The hotel was lovely, conveniently located near the night market and restaurants, yet tucked away from the main road. The rooms were spacious, clean, and boasted comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a good selection of high-quality items. A welcome drink and fruit were provided upon arrival. The staff were very helpful, providing us with information about local attractions, and we easily rented a moped from the hotel for 180k. The pool area was pleasant, though mostly shaded. Some noise from the main garden area was audible through gaps in the doors, but the hotel was generally quiet, so it wasn't a significant issue.

Room is very dark and outdated. Doorlock is broken. Hotel doesn't have razors as amenity. A minimal breakfast is served. Overall an overpriced hotel.

One of the best hotel experience I've ever had: great location near night market, beautiful architecture, cozy pool and most importantly friendly staff. What more to wish for in the amazing city of Luang Prabang. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Luang Prabang.

Nice big,but heavy chlorinated, swimming pool. Reasonable room but the breakfast was appalling. Best to eat outside. Quite central location so easy to walk around the town.

The boss is from Hunan. He is very warm and considerate to his compatriots. He upgraded the room many times and provided pick-up and drop-off service. I am grateful to my Chinese friends in Laos✌✌✌

In the old town, about 5 minutes walk from the night market, it is very convenient to eat and shop around, a bit quiet in the bustling city, the post office is at the intersection of the night market, friends who are used to sending postcards should pay attention, it is very convenient to send postcards. Although the hotel is not big, the environment is quite good, but the corner of the bed is a bit hard, if you don't pay attention, you will hit your legs. It is recommended to put some anti-collision, otherwise it will hurt. The breakfast is average, I think it's okay, at least the taste is not strange, and a bowl of hot food is not bad. There are several brothers at the front desk, all very nice and smiling. The overall feeling is good, and the cost performance is relatively high.

The room is on the second floor and you have to walk up the stairs to move the luggage. The hotel helped to call a 7-seater car to the train station for 30w, which seems to be more cost-effective than a minivan. The front desk can communicate in English, but there is no Chinese staff. The hotel room is small, the air conditioner blows towards the face on the bed, the toilet lid moves, and the hair dryer is fixed with a screw. When asked, the worker didn't come even though it was reported. Advantages: It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony, it is very close to the night market, and you can see Bushi when you go out. The Laotian hot pot next to the hotel is delicious and cost-effective, but I can't speak English. The hotel has rice for breakfast, and it is also very convenient to order takeout.

It was a shame that the room size was so small even though the price was double for a family room. It's a good hotel for a single person, but for a family, it's not worth the price at all.

Three of us stayed here for three nights, for about 10,000 yen per night. The room was clean and well-cleaned. The staff were also kind and we were very satisfied. We didn't use the pool, but it was well-cleaned and bath towels were provided by the poolside. It was also just a short walk to the night market and morning market, which we liked. If asked if we'd like to stay here again, this is the hotel we'd like to stay at.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to everywhere, but the only downside is that there are no slippers or disposable slippers, so remember to bring your own when you check in. The hotel has a swimming pool, the front desk communicates in English, the breakfast variety is good, and there is a paid laundry service.

Two days before the stay, I wanted to change my reservation from a three-night stay to a one-night stay, so I sent a message, but there was no reply from the hotel, and even after I pressed them, there was no reply. On the day of the stay, I told the hotel reception staff directly about it, but the owner lives in Vietnam and it was difficult to contact him. The staff could not cancel the reservation, so I was instructed to contact the owner directly. I finally got in touch with the owner, but he answered me in a very blunt and rude way, "I had said can not changed". It was very disappointing. The reservation was cancelable until the day before, but I thought it would be rude to cancel while waiting for a response, so I regret not canceling it. Luang Prabang was a nice city, but the hotel service was bad and it left me with a bad memory.

Overall it's good. The hotel is convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is so-so. The staff are also enthusiastic. It's relatively quiet.

The front desk lady and room service are very good, the hotel location is also very good, you can walk to most places to go or eat and shop, the only drawback is that there are mosquitoes and you can't open the doors and windows at night.
