I will never forget what we went through there They invented a Rom Service account for us in the amount of 1000 which was never done by us. We insisted and said it was not done by us. They gave up and did not ask for anything, because they saw that we were not suckers After waiting for a taxi, a service woman arrived with a new claim Now you can't find an air conditioner remote, They made us open all our suitcases in the street that the road is on fire. And all that they know we're late for the flight. From the head of the hotel staff he wanted the 1000 baht for his personal needs We were in a hurry for the flight so we could miss it on the last few minutes we arrived. We paid the 1000 baht and were sent to repack the things in the suitcase which caused us to miss the flight. We came to the hotel after a friend's recommendation to celebrate an engagement day, this hotel will be criticized every day on all social media for how much they made us feel like the hotel was stolen.

Fantastic stay here. Really loved it. Swim up pool room is beautiful. Really friendly helpful staff with nice finishing touches and very helpful. Later checkout was requested with no issues. Like that they give extra bath towels for fresh towel after each wash. Perfect location, 10min walk into town. 7/11 right outside and laundry. Really would come back and recommend. Beach is beautiful white sand, quite but a good quiet. Thank you Sareeraya

For who ever choose to stay in this hotel,you are gonna make yourself uncomfortable. First,Noisy AF,scooters and trucks 24 hours non stop Second,Dirty,in this price range,it shouldn't be like this Thirdly,Poor service

Nice hotel, but breakfast was elementary

出發前有同酒店溝通過，想佢哋幫忙預備同行朋友嘅蛋糕，但入住當日酒店話因為Technical Problem所以要延遲到之後一日先俾我哋，不過前台服務員都非常誠懇，感覺上親切，就算我哋有麻煩都會盡力地幫手，酒店唔算好大，但係感覺舒適，早餐簡單，但味道都OK，望住個海食早餐好寫意～

我是真的很少很差評 ，這是近幾年旅行中可以説住的最差勁的一家酒店！除了位置還算湊合 ，出門就是查文海攤，其餘真的是很差很差！兩千多一晚的房價都不能算踩坑，純純就是掉井裡！ 衹能用老破舊來形容這個房間，傢俱破舊年久失修，電視超小，號稱五鑽的酒店用這種椅子還有鐵杆的牀頭櫃，洗手間門關不嚴實…好吧這些我都忍了，可是一進洗澡間裏看到牆壁上那一大團頭髮真是震驚我了（圖1，圖2）！！！太太太噁心人了！！！這衞生狀況…… 值得表揚的是服務態度最好的是安保人員，非常認真禮貌。這是唯一另我還覺得可以的。 早餐在海邊，全開放式餐廳 ，熱， 品類不多 。 再有就是可能臨近海邊的緣故，房間內有很重的黴味，特別特別潮濕。

地點非常方便，房間較大，舒適，服務態度非常好！離市中心非常近！真心推介俾大家😎，附近海灘外有非常多美食，火🔥show表演，全部好近，正👍🏼

酒店位於查文海灘，距離機場車程15分鐘不到，有專屬沙灘區域，環境風景都很好。位置很好，很熱鬧也很方便，斜對面就是7-11。入住按金三千泰銖，早餐一般，咖啡不怎麼好喝，炒飯炒麪炸土豆球各種腸和沙拉，我每天點一碗泰式麪和一個煎蛋卷。服務員態度都很好。總之這個酒店還是值得推薦！

酒店位於渣文海灘，離商業街摩託車五分鐘路程，出門就有7-11，馬路對面也有租摩託車的商鋪，鬧中取靜的酒店。酒店房間很大，很滿意，面朝大海。 早餐種類一般，夠吃。 這邊的沙灘和海灣，都會比拉邁海灘好一些，浪平，可以海邊玩耍。靠近岸邊的海雜質和漂浮物比較多，最好穿浮潛鞋下海。 不足之處：早餐時候，有個服務員對亞洲人沒有微笑，很不耐煩，對歐美國家的人，能瞬間轉成面帶微笑，耐心服務。所以我給服務的分值不高。 另外，分配房間確實如之前看到的評價，給亞洲人分在比較吵鬧的一邊，還好不是最邊上，夜裡也能睡得着。 酒店泳池太少，就一個！也不大，所以可玩兒性不高。
