Everything and anything was perfect at the hotel.  Lovely staff, great facilities, very baby friendly and family supportive. The beach is really private and no trespassing of unknown people happening. Staff is ready to assist with any questions and provide any help. For example we asked about nanny and they were keen to help to find it outside of hotel. It is absolutely great. Service, and atmosphere is beyond and your stay is literally crafted for your needs in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.  Hopefully I have a chance to come there again

The check-in staff was very friendly, while waiting for our room they told us about the available promotion for drinks at the beach bar. The staff gave us a tour of our room and what's available which I thought was very thoughtful. Overall, our experience at the hotel was very good, just that the location is a bit far from town even though they have transportation at specific timings.

We had a last-minute booking, but we're able to secure a room at a reasonable price, including breakfast! We were greeted by welcoming staff at the lobby and some ice cream! Yum! The checking in process was quick. They then walked us to our room while showing us the directions of restaurants, spa, and the gym. They also gave us a short tour of our room😊 The breakfast was delicious, although it was a small restaurant, they had a great variety of choices. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a relaxing vacation!

1.Poor room facilities with dirty water and dirty tank. 2.Terrible staffs and manager keep lying to the clients. 3.Less breakfast food selection.

Amazing beach views, friendly staff and absolutely incredible villas. Fantastic place

Great secluded location with amazing service. Had amazing dinner at the Thai restaurant with sea at the background. Breakfast has nice mix of hot and cold stuffs. Best part is the swimming pool where you can spend hours.

Hotel with very beautiful environment, the outdoor and landscape is a very well planned and maintained. The room is quite nice and we were excited with jacuzzi in the balcony, unfortunately we noticed that after filling it with water, the water was very smelly and with some colour, the pressure system was not working and it was very disappointing, for a 5 star hotel.

Third time back. Seven days this time and not long enough. It’s not cheap but we love this place; the room, the grounds, the food, the staff and the fresh air. We booked the “romantic dinner” on the beach which was perfectly done except the tenderloin was as tough as a rubber boot. Nevertheless, it didn’t ruin our night nor our stay. Look forward to going back.

Very good for big families or two families who want to stay together- spacious, cozy but have own privacy when close the slid doors. It s a bit expensive. But the environment is so nice. The private swimming pool is small (but good for small kids) and it s just a few steps from the beach, which is exactly the way I like.

感覺蘇梅萬麗是個小而美的酒店，住了兩晚，頭天大概晚上七八點才去住，前台是個會説一些中文的泰國小女生，幫着介紹了房間的整體設施酒店基本情況，酒店前的海灘水跟清澈，沙子也算細，酒店由一條馬路分隔為兩個區域，靠近海灘跟早餐廳的部分好像都是別墅，馬路另外一邊是標間跟套房啥的，早上有時會有摩託聲音，想睡懶覺的會有點影響。酒店所有服務員都很有禮貌，早餐也很棒，雖然品種不是特別多，但是都很新鮮，而且有很多現場製作的品種，很好。酒店對我來説比較遺憾的就是朝向問題，看不到日出或者日落

完美的酒店，性價比跟景觀無敵，還可以趕海，一大片溪湖可以浮潛，退潮可以趕海👍酒店服務準5星，不馬虎！

1、酒店很小，海灘也很小且並不乾淨，蚊子多。 2、房間隔音非常差，走廊以及旁邊房間説話 吹風機的聲音聽得很清楚，走廊的空調聲音也很大，旁邊還有條馬路汽車聲音很大，如果睡覺很輕的寶寶們慎選這間酒店。 3、服務人員態度還可以。

非常滿意！第三次來蘇梅，上次還是2019年…這次是感受最棒的一次！ 訂的兩卧室海灘別墅。房間和院子都很大，客廳和兩個房間都能近距離看海。院子出去可以直接下海灘，不下海的話拐個彎就是公區泳池，隨身物品都不用拿，非常方便。晚上在院子裏躺着，吹着海風，聽着海浪，十分愜意。 這個酒店的海灘還有個特點：海灘很淺，下午退潮時走進海里很遠海水衹沒到膝蓋。而且海浪很小，比較安全。 最後還有驚喜：下單時訂單註明了最多入住兩人，但如果衹有兩人入住，誰會訂兩卧室呢？於是我試探着問了攜程一下，如果多住一個人（孩子已成年了）要加收多少呢？最後經過攜程和代理商爭取，孩子房費加收和早餐費都免了。真的十分感謝🌹🌹 孩子和領導已經吩咐了，明年還住這間酒店🤭🤭

設施：有些年頭，但設施維護很好，陽台有按摩浴缸可以泡澡，健身房設備齊全。 衞生：整體很乾凈，海邊森林裏的酒店，難免有小蟲和蚊子，自己做好防護。但是不知是什麼原因身上很癢，不排除是備用被褥的關係。 環境：酒店非常美，各種奇花異草，飛鳥走獸，適合泡酒店，親子，探索自然，沙灘棒，泳池舒服，免費租槳板，餐廳小而精緻，好吃。 服務：整體都非常友善，要感謝絕大多數友善的員工，非常值得推薦。僅有個別員工白人至上，希望能有改善，沒有對比就沒有傷害。
