Everything and anything was perfect at the hotel.  Lovely staff, great facilities, very baby friendly and family supportive. The beach is really private and no trespassing of unknown people happening. Staff is ready to assist with any questions and provide any help. For example we asked about nanny and they were keen to help to find it outside of hotel. It is absolutely great. Service, and atmosphere is beyond and your stay is literally crafted for your needs in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.  Hopefully I have a chance to come there again

The check-in staff was very friendly, while waiting for our room they told us about the available promotion for drinks at the beach bar. The staff gave us a tour of our room and what's available which I thought was very thoughtful. Overall, our experience at the hotel was very good, just that the location is a bit far from town even though they have transportation at specific timings.

We had a last-minute booking, but we're able to secure a room at a reasonable price, including breakfast! We were greeted by welcoming staff at the lobby and some ice cream! Yum! The checking in process was quick. They then walked us to our room while showing us the directions of restaurants, spa, and the gym. They also gave us a short tour of our room😊 The breakfast was delicious, although it was a small restaurant, they had a great variety of choices. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a relaxing vacation!

Great secluded location with amazing service. Had amazing dinner at the Thai restaurant with sea at the background. Breakfast has nice mix of hot and cold stuffs. Best part is the swimming pool where you can spend hours.

Hotel with very beautiful environment, the outdoor and landscape is a very well planned and maintained. The room is quite nice and we were excited with jacuzzi in the balcony, unfortunately we noticed that after filling it with water, the water was very smelly and with some colour, the pressure system was not working and it was very disappointing, for a 5 star hotel.

Third time back. Seven days this time and not long enough. It’s not cheap but we love this place; the room, the grounds, the food, the staff and the fresh air. We booked the “romantic dinner” on the beach which was perfectly done except the tenderloin was as tough as a rubber boot. Nevertheless, it didn’t ruin our night nor our stay. Look forward to going back.

Very good for big families or two families who want to stay together- spacious, cozy but have own privacy when close the slid doors. It s a bit expensive. But the environment is so nice. The private swimming pool is small (but good for small kids) and it s just a few steps from the beach, which is exactly the way I like.

The perfect hotel, with great value for money and unbeatable views. You can also go sea catching. There is a large stream and lake for snorkeling, and you can go sea catching at low tide. The hotel service is 5-star, not sloppy!

I feel that Renaissance Samui is a small and beautiful hotel. I stayed there for two nights. I checked in at about 7 or 8 pm the day before. The front desk was a Thai girl who could speak some Chinese. She helped introduce the overall facilities of the room and the basic situation of the hotel. The beach in front of the hotel is clear and the sand is fine. The hotel is divided into two areas by a road. The part near the beach and breakfast restaurant seems to be villas, and the other side of the road is standard rooms and suites. Sometimes there are motorcycle sounds in the morning, which will affect those who want to sleep in. All the waiters in the hotel are very polite, and the breakfast is also great. Although there are not many varieties, they are all fresh, and there are many varieties made on site, which is very good. The most regrettable thing about the hotel for me is the orientation problem. I can't see the sunrise or sunset.

1. The hotel is small, the beach is also small and not clean, and there are many mosquitoes. 2. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. The sound of the hair dryer in the corridor and the next room can be heard clearly. The air conditioner in the corridor is also very loud. There is also a road next to it with loud car noises. If you are a light sleeper, choose this hotel carefully. 3. The attitude of the service staff is OK.

Very satisfied! This is my third visit to Samui, the last time was in 2019... This time is the best experience! Booked a two-bedroom beach villa. The room and the yard are both large, and the living room and two rooms can see the sea up close. You can go directly to the beach from the yard. If you don't go to the sea, you can turn a corner to the public swimming pool. You don't have to take your belongings, which is very convenient. Lying in the yard at night, blowing the sea breeze and listening to the waves, it is very comfortable. The beach of this hotel has another feature: the beach is very shallow. When the tide is low in the afternoon, you can walk far into the sea and the sea water is only knee-deep. And the waves are small, which is safer. Finally, there is a surprise: when placing the order, the order indicates that a maximum of two people can stay, but if only two people stay, who would book a two-bedroom? So I tentatively asked Ctrip, if there is one more person staying (the child is an adult), how much will be charged? Finally, after Ctrip and the agent fought for it, the child's room fee and breakfast fee were waived. Thank you so much🌹🌹 My children and boss have told me to stay in this hotel again next year🤭🤭

Facilities: It's a bit old, but the facilities are well maintained. There is a jacuzzi on the balcony for bathing, and the gym is fully equipped. Hygiene: It's very clean overall. It's inevitable that there are bugs and mosquitoes in the hotel in the seaside forest, so you should protect yourself. But I don't know why I feel itchy, and I don't rule out the spare bedding. Environment: The hotel is very beautiful, with all kinds of exotic flowers and plants, birds and animals. It is suitable for hotel bathing, parent-child, and exploring nature. The beach is great, the swimming pool is comfortable, and paddle boards can be rented for free. The restaurant is small and exquisite, and delicious. Service: Overall, it is very friendly. I have to thank the vast majority of friendly employees. It is highly recommended. Only a few employees are white supremacists. I hope there will be improvements. There is no harm without comparison.
