Good resort quiet place, staff help all time the best one the young lady in reception, professional and friendly

The hotel has seen better days. It’s a large resort close to Haad Rin (about 10 minutes by taxi) with a small beach. The breakfast was fine, although the long queue for coffee and the overcooked scrambled eggs were disappointing. The staff are friendly, but there is no one on site after 11pm. On our last night there was a party in one of the apartments. There were no staff available to ask them to turn the music down so I had to do it myself. The rooms are nice and clean, although the shower can take as long as 20 minutes to run hot water. Overall our experience was fine but I wouldn’t stay again.

Quite a nice hotel, they fed us cookies in the evening. So nice :) Breakfast is okay, fruits and overall the choice is not bad. The gym is small, everything you need. There were not enough large towels there. The bath is not working, the water from the tap does not flow (Yes, the showers work fully. The territory is well-kept, but overall the hotel is not bad, although not so fresh. Not all the staff speaks English…

The hotel and the complex are very nice. Everything is a bit old, but it still has a great charm. You are greeted by cute older dogs, which makes it feel homely. Unfortunately, there was an ant infestation in our room, which we reported when we checked out. We discovered the infestation the night before at 10 p.m. The reception is closed from 10 p.m. The reception apologized for this and it wasn't a big deal for us. However, open food should not be left in the room, such as biscuits, fruit or leftover bread. The breakfast was simple. For us personally, there was a bit less choice. The hotel has a bike rental service, which is free for 1 hour and costs 100 Thai Baht after that. Highly recommended if you want to cycle to 7/11. The hotel offers a shuttle, which costs 200 Thai Baht PER PERSON. (2 people, 400 Thai Baht) Ideal in the evening if you want to go into town to a night market. You can enjoy a great sunset for free!

The hotel is beautifully situated on the beach. Village has enough restaurants. Nice base to explore the island. The hotel and garden need some maintenance. Rooms neat and clean. Breakfast buffet well taken care of. Employees all neat and friendly. Restaurant/bar not really cozy. Too bad there is more potential.

Good hotel, the beach near the hotel is not very good for swimming, the bottom is bad.

All in all, it was pretty good. We were just unlucky that it was low tide and there was no water for swimming. But the pool made up for it. Everyone was very friendly and room service came every day and left water and a night greeting. Breakfast was a delight, nothing was missing. A good and clean facility by Thai standards.

Everything is very good. The service staff is good, polite, the breakfast is very good, the room is beautiful and clean, the attendants are beautiful, clean, natural, very nice to live in, close to Haad Rin. Went on my birthday and the staff at the restaurant made pancakes for me to bake. Returning to the room, there was a happy birthday bed arranged. Very well managed. Will definitely come visit again.

The location is fine and on a quiet section with a private beach. There are many activities (badminton, volleyball, kayaking, gym,…) and the facility is clean. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. Everything designed with great attention to detail. However, there is not that much nearby, for example 1km to the nearest BigC and 2km to the night market. However, it is perfect for rest and relaxation. The staff is super nice and very hard working. The breakfast was the best in all of Thailand.

There were no cons, we singled out for ourselves only the good from this trip! The staff is very polite and friendly, they always advise where to go and where it is cheaper and tastier to eat, from 7 am to 11 pm they are ready to help with any request. There was a moment when a large insect got into our room and we wrote at almost 12 at night to remove it, they answered us almost immediately and came to the room to remove it, despite the fact that their shift had already ended. We have only good impressions and we will definitely come back, recommend to friends and will be happy to advertise for this hotel in our social networks :)
