Excellent Stay in the Heart of Lisbon Villa Baixa is a fantastic apartment complex located right in the heart of Lisbon, near the iconic Rossio Square. The location couldn’t be better — it offers excellent public transport connections and easy walking access to some of the city’s most famous attractions. Within minutes, you can reach the Santa Justa Lift, the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa), Praça do Comércio, the Alfama district, and the beautiful viewpoints like Miradouro de Santa Luzia and Miradouro da Graça. The apartments themselves are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and recently renovated to a high standard. Everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is discreet, helpful, and always ready to assist when needed. One of the great advantages is 24-hour access to your apartment, giving you full flexibility during your stay. I sincerely recommend Villa Baixa to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and centrally located place to stay in Lisbon.

Located at the centre at the downtown area and with access to everything

Excellent place to live in Lisbon. Right in the heart of the city. Everything is walkable. Rooms are super clean and with an amazing view from the top floor. No room service, but lot of joints down . Would repeat the same place when in Lisbon next.

This hotel is well located in city centre with lots of restaurants nearby. This is more like a well-furnished apartment with clean beds, toilets and a spacious living room. Staff are very friendly, patient and explain to us the directions to different attractions. Recommend and will re-visit if I visit Lisbon next time.

Excellent location and the room was very clean. There was only one staff at the reception for check-in/check-out and staff reported duty only at 9:00am. So, when we wanted to checkout at 8am somthing, we need to wait for a bit. Yet, it was a very good experience as the room was well decorated, the ceiling was very high and the lication is very very good.

這家酒店的前台服務真的很棒！一個女孩子，也會主動幫忙拿行李，而且還會迎來送往，真的能夠感受到用心及熱情！酒店房間也很乾凈，提前就把沙發床鋪好，浴室洗浴也很棒！酒店出門就是著名的景點，很方便，周圍也有很多好吃的！前台還提供免費的葡式蛋撻，好吃又温馨！真心很適合家庭出遊！滿分好評給酒店，超滿分好評給前台小姐姐

位置絕對優秀！就在大街旁去哪裡都很方便 浴室很大很好洗澡，沐浴的備品質量還不錯，要知道在歐洲洗個舒服的澡是非常難得的事我也不知道為什麼，屢試不爽！ 床的部分因為我們是三個人，其中一位睡沙發床，覺得清潔不是很確實因為睡沙發床的家人每次一睡醒身上都多了很多被咬的痕跡，不知道是不是沙發床平常很少攤開變成床所以有死角沒清潔乾淨，我們覺得有點困擾！ 服務很親切，櫃檯會主動打招呼笑臉😁， 總結：我推薦大家在里斯本可以住這裡，有家的溫馨！（如果能把沙發床清潔徹底就更好了）

非常滿意，酒店前台的老爺爺幽默又nice，會耐心介紹酒店的設備，每天都很幽默的greeting。酒店的位置很棒，走路一分鐘就到聖胡斯塔升降機，大概五分鐘能到凱旋門也就是海邊，在老城區city walk也很方便。酒店設備很齊全，可以做飯，整體是一家很有温度服務很好的酒店，推薦。

飯店地點非常好，離重要景點步行可到，設施服務也都不錯，缺點是馬路正在施工，車子沒辦法到門口，得拖著行李走小段路。另外隔壁也正在施工。有噪音和粉塵的問題。

超級滿意，性價比之王，地理位置優越，就在升降機邊上。房間寬敞明亮舒適温馨，如果對於酒店公區沒有什麼需求，大部分時間都在探索城市，這是最好的選擇！

Идеальное расположение, так же прекрасно оснащено все внутри, очень чисто. Единственный минус- проходили строительные работы прямо под окном с 6 утра. И было очень шумно. Но проводила их сторонняя организация и к апартаментам претензий нет. Но, если есть возможность договориться о том, чтобы работы начинали позже, то лучше это сделать.
