A quiet and cozy hotel, close to a big road but noise is never a problem, which is great. A small pool with a few tanning beds which is enough. The whole vibe feels chill, I'd stay here again.

Staff were rude. Room had disgusting smell..when asked to give spray freshener the staff grumpy woman said I have to clean for you? Asked for towel change..gave smelly towel with air freshener spray in it. Room was advertised with balcony but apparently it didn't have balcony, it was a walkway lobby. Price too overpriced for the size of room but rude staff behaviour made it worse. Will never stay.

Nice quiet location only thing to keep awear the birds in the morning they make a right racket at 6.00 in the morning and doesn't stop till gone 10.00 /11.00 and also when in the room I noticed ant's one floor and bed and some time when in bed you can feel them on you so make sure to check everywhere.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the port. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Full Moon Party, which made attending the event hassle-free. The beautiful nature surrounding the hotel creates a peaceful and relaxing environment. If you're looking for a quiet and tranquil place to stay, this hotel is a great choice

Great stay, anna is lovely at the front desk, they were always very helpful, only downside is the bed was full of sand for some reason and i woke up for some reason with Many Sanfly bites. Otherwise, a great experience and i would return!

我是一個從來不寫差評的人，但這次的阿拉亞酒店讓我不得不寫出來這次特別差的住宿體驗。當時用攜程下的訂單，但因為男友把時間選錯了，所以一下訂成了5晚。當晚入住時有跟酒店前台確認過能不能退，前台明確表示可以衹住一晚，之後退房離開，不會收取費用。也是因為這個答覆，我們在第二天就退房去了另一個離party更近的酒店。 結果在攜程上提交取消訂單的時候問題來了。攜程給的回覆是無法取消訂單，保留原有訂單。經過跟攜程的不斷溝通，攜程明確表示酒店不同意取消後面的訂單。我們沒辦法，想選擇繼續回到阿拉亞住，畢竟錢也退不回來。但到了阿拉亞，酒店卻拒絕讓我們再次入住，説已經退房了，不能再入住。男友在跟酒店老闆協商溝通的時候還被老闆直接拉黑了。根本不給任何溝通的機會。 而攜程在幫忙溝通中也説酒店電話一直沒人接，衹能發郵件。但郵件回覆就是不能取消訂單，也不給任何理由。 這種幾乎等同於明搶的行為真的是頭一下次在泰國遇到。也讓人第一次感受到攜程對於國外酒店沒有任何監管和協調的力度。寫這個評價也是給後面還要繼續入住這家酒店的人一個警示。在攜程上定海外酒店的時候一定要多留心，取消酒店訂單的風險很大。既損失了錢也不能住。還不能對酒店進行投訴。

Хорошее расположение, есть бассейн. Бассейн был в листьях, не стала купаться. В номере темно, в ванной комнате мало места.

酒店位置比較偏，中庭有一個游泳池，房間偏小，內牆沒有刷漆裸露水泥在外面，不好看感覺不乾淨，窗户緊貼着床，有點小而且打不開，採光不太好

Отель расположен очень близко к центру Тонг Салы и рядом рынок соответственно многолюдно.Рядом 7/11,прачечная, для короткой остановки будет норм.Мы жили в номере с общим балконом,но в нем очень темно,прочитать что-то невозможно, нужно открыть дверь и окно,но тогда ты увидишь что происходит в номере напротив,т.к очень близко корпуса.В ванной комнате нет вентиляции вообще, поэтому там подванивает. С нынешним ценами на Пангане жаловаться на отель нельзя,он давно аккуратный,есть неплохой бассейн, который чистят. Уборка но кров по запросу.
