Stay was Ok..but roof top bar not having more varieties of food to choose from

Room had a weird smell(which was overpowering my senses) and bedsheets, comforters and chair had stains on them.

Excellent service from the staff, attention to customers needs and requirements. The front office Manager Mr. Nithin is most supportive, humble and excellent in customer service.. everything was good.

Food was Average and the response time for room service was a way too long, overall it was good though.

Attended a family wedding . Took out 45 rooms for three nights . Some longer. 1. Rooms not clean 2. Sheets dirty and not changed 3. Ac in rooms universally poor 4. Water leaking in some rooms from ac vent . Repeated complaints did not solve the issue. 5. Faucet not working in my room 6. Inadequate towels in rooms , and smelly and damp as well 7. Breakfast buffet adequate 8. Food average 8. Front office manned by people who struggle to even smile. 9. Poor communication between them 10. Suite smelling of cigarette fumes and musty. NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.

Excellent services, room service are good. Rooms are clean and well maintained.Staff are really good. Especially MOMI and Gokul in the restaurant, variety of foods in the buffet. Recommend to include dinner while you are booking . Amazing pool view.

Food was awesome. We took buffet in the dinner. The spread size was very good. We tried all sections and found food to be very delicious. Staff is very cordial and explained everything. We stayed in hotel for 2 nights and stayed in suite rooms. Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean.

First of all the ambience was very good Staff was very cooperative specially in restaurent the serving staff is very humble and nicely talking,There was a girl name Gita and a boy named Amit both were so humble and they give too much respect to their guests I really liked the gesture

The only amazing experience we had was the restaurant at The Square. Located at the ground floor. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire hotel restaurant staff. Your professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail make every dining experience exceptional. Your hard work and dedication are truly appreciated and do not go unnoticed. Thank you for making our meals memorable and delightful! Thank you to the amazing chef and his team of cooks who made excellent Ghee Roast Dosa for me every morning. The hotel staffs are incompetent. Room service was poor. They didn't make our room for 2 days despite reminds. The guest relation officers gave excuses that our "do nit disturb sign was switched on". But it wasn't. We had 4 other rooms that was not made up as well. Bedsheets were stained and smelt mouldy. The toilet bowel was leaking and staffs were reminded several times to fix it but noone came to do anything about it. Swimming pool was filled with algae and some insects. I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel. But you can come her for the food at The Square Restaurant. Amazing selection of Kerale food. Loved it!!

Nice spacious rooms and good customer service. The pool was great and good ambience. The location in a convenient area, accessible to the city center. Timely service was provide. The bar and restaurant has a great vibe!! Thanks Pragati & Sneha for your assistant!

Descent restaurant . Staff helping lots. Mouth Watering dishes. Special thanks to Ms Sneha. Varieties for each days. Room condition & environment is very good. All complements are there. Hope all people who chosen this hotel enjoyed. Many thanks for the hotel staff.

I had a layover of 24 hours in Cochin, Kerala. I was staying in Novotel Cochin. Amazing stay and Great experience. Delicious food served. Staffs are very polite and kind especially Gita Dhakal, Rabina Chettri, Yosana Thapa. Gokul. Strongly recommend. For your stay. Thank you for accommodating me. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

The staff in the restaurant was absolutely brilliant. They went all the way out to pamper us with our requests even modifying the buffet spread to customise as we requested. Special mention of Ms Gita, Rabina, Sneha, Yojna and Gokul as well as Chef Deep Mitra. Thank you for making this morning so wonderful.
