房間比較合適，比較乾淨，環境不算太吵，要求前台從一樓換到三樓。設施較簡單，沒有抽屜紙，特別是沒有開水壺甚感不便。價格稍貴

這個酒店看着就比較老了。整體來説位置很棒。去哪裡都比較方便。服務很不錯，我退房之後忘記了錢包👛也幫我很好地收好了。點贊👍

Stayed one night with the family in this central hotel. Room was clean and spacious enough for an extra bed. We didn’t try their breakfast why we can’t speak for it. There was a few visitors in the bar a night which looked more like locals. We are happy to sleep there again

I discovered after checking in that I had paid for my room twice. The manager was apologetic and said he would sort it with "head office". He didn't. I complained sent bank statements Nothing happened.' Complained again Then it was escalated to head office. Great. But having made all the right noises, still nothing. My last email has gone unacknowledged. Suspect that's it. I am out of pocket by £78 approx. This is Accor by the way who run hotels in conjunction with the Orien Express. I am a pensioner. The overpayment is clear. They just don't want to refund me.

I've stayed in a lot of Ibis hotels, and this was (in my personal experience) one of the more basic set ups. There's a bed & bath and not much else, which is okay. The staff was helpful and friendly, and I won't lower a rating because of how it compares to other hotels. I'm dinging a star because the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, I should have brought a sleeping bag. The pillows were used and deflated, so not even my head got any support. There were no hand towels. I woke up and my body hurt.

Nice location for exploring city Check in and out very professional.Room slightly above Ibis standard,but needs more power outlets,but manageable.Person serving welcome drink very nice and smiling Only slightly difficult was parking,there are 2 garages on each side of Ibis,which one you go to?left hand side of entrance,but I did have to go in and ask.Maybe some sign would help Dannyr

Hotel in a good location, in a short walk you are already in the center. The rooms are basic, but very clean and quiet. The only problem is that we came from the Netherlands with an electric car and had a hard time finding a parking space for charging and the hotel does not offer this service. We asked for information, but they couldn't tell us anything.

We sent four nights at this ageing IBIS Hotel near the station when walking part of the Rheinsteig. The hotel has all the basics, and the rooms are larger than is typical for the chain, but it all seems a bit soulless. That said, for its location, I'd stay again.

It's an Ibis hotel, so you know what to expect. The hotel is located on walking distance to the city center/old town (5-10 min.) and the Railway Station (5 min.). Rooms are comfortable for a couple of days and include a private bathroom, TV, climate control and wifi. The underground car parking cost 9 euro/day for hotel guests. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was as expected of an Ibis. Everywhere was clean including the corridor carpets which are often dirty in other Ibis hotels. This hotel is a short walk from the centre and just a little longer to the river. The only issue was the underground car park which is being rebuilt and caused some problems. Hopefully when finished it will be better.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación cercano al centro de la ciudad y dispone de aparcamiento. La habitación la típica de Ibis, moderna, funcional y limpia. El personal de recepción fue muy amable, tanto en el registro como dándonos indicaciones para movernos por la ciudad.

Établissement bien situé- possibilité de garer le véhicule en sous-sol - personnel sympathique- chambre spacieuse- à recommander - petit déjeuner très correct - prix attractif - en revanche le centre ville nous a un peu déçus au regard de la fréquentation
