設施不如人意，422房間建議不要入住，洗澡洗一半就沒法繼續了；服務不夠到位；早餐一般，總之不符合我的口味，主要就吃了點水果跟麪包。

La verdad me pareció un buen hotel, tiene un desayuno muy bueno, y está a mi parecer en un lugar céntrico, cerca de varias cosas

幾年前出差也是住得這個酒店，離機場不遠，環境不錯，樓下隔壁就是咖啡廳，交通便利。臨走那天還有安全演習，挺不錯的。 在攜程上定得含早餐套餐更划算，check in 一開始沒查到早餐，後來很快就沒問題了。

預訂3天已付款，結果晚到點一小時就被取消3天的預訂，沒有及時通知也沒有主動退款，至今沒有解決，

The hotel is situated in a medical center. Loved how we had easy access to all sorts of food. They even have beauty/nails shops, some clothing stores and a bank for currency exchange. They also have a Walmart and a movie theatre across the street. The hotel smelled beautiful as soon as you walked in. The pool is small but cute. The gym is very small but unable to use. Due to renovations being done. Our view was on the side of all the restaurants. There is a pizza place across the street and the pizza is delicious. Definitely go there. The free breakfast is okay. Now to what was concerning to me. At the point of checkin. We were asked for our passports. Even after our license was used to check in and verify who we were. The young lady also wrote down our passport numbers on a blank sheet of paper. I have never been asked for ID and/or passport for each guest and for our information to be noted. When asked why, I was told it was company policy. Again, we have stayed at Hyatt internationally and this was never done. Next down fall not their fault but worth mentioning. They have brochures of different excursions but none of the companies go to this hotel and cost is way more die them to come to you. I highly recommend using Uber as we did. Saved us a good amount of money. Last but not least. Might just be bad luck on my part but when I arrived at the airport. My ticket no longer showed global entry. Then after I went through security. Right before getting on the plane. My name was called on the intercom. Had to show my documents again, Had a full pat down and all my belongings searched. When I asked, randomly done. Then I arrive in Florida. Same thing. At this point I’m worried and annoyed. So I asked to speak to management. I was told that someone was possibly using my information. So again, maybe bad luck but from the get go. I was very uncomfortable that they write our information in a blank sheet of paper.

Best service ever! I’ve stayed all over the world but I’d be hard-pressed to name any hotel with better service than this one. I was there for dental surgery and stayed for 5 nights. Their breakfast buffet (included) had a great variety of fresh food & tropical juices. I ordered room service nearly every day and the food came fresh, hot and quick! Anything I asked for was provided immediately and when I had a problem in my room, two people showed up to help and they did not rush to leave nor put their hand out for a tip. They even tried to refuse it when it was offered, but grateful when they gave in. After my surgery, I needed to eat in my room and they brought me up a breakfast tray from the buffet at no charge. One employee that made my stay extra special was Diana. Her bright smile and sunny disposition were always appreciated and she made me feel right at home. Also, I found the cost of the room and the meals were very reasonable. I will be back!!

We booked this hotel after flying in late in the evening so we could get a good night’s sleep before driving out to La Fortuna. The room was nice, the cleanliness was fantastic, and the quality breakfast was a happy bonus. I would absolutely stay here again (and am going to on the final night of my trip).

Best of everything. The food and service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a shopping center, which is excellent, you have many options to eat, in front of the hotel there is a Walmart, the hotel staff is very friendly, as well as the restaurant. The food at the hotel's restaurant is amazing , very delicious cuisine and the prices are excellent. The breakfast buffet offers many options, I liked it a lot. The staff helps a lot and always helps you at all times.
