Ulasan Hôtel Mercure Paris Vélizy

We were very disappointed with our stay here. This was our first time in Paris and a day trip. We paid full price. However, there was no electrics so we were not able to turn the light on. The shampoos and conditions were finished. The bathtub was not clea. We were promised that my father's room would be decorated for his birthday but when we went to the room nothing was done and we were disappointed. The reception staff were friendly but unhelpful we waited there for half an hour as we were told to get a refund for our deposit. It was not until half an hour we were told this would come automatically into our account. So we waited there for no reason at all.

All good. The room was spacious!

酒店旁邊有一個大型超市和肯德基，吃飯比較方便。房間也比較乾淨，不過近期修路，進出有一點不方便。巴黎市區有活動的時候房價太貴，可以考慮租車住在這裏。

The hotel condition is poor. Carpets are dirty, walls are stained, doors are scratched. Everything is very old.

I'm a frequent stayer at this hotel, do to its convenient proximity to my work (and the Velizy2 mall ...). There is a huge degradation in the maintenance level and the cleanliness of the hotel and room (stains on the floor). On the other hand, the breakfast is good (I'm missing the possibility to order sunny-side-up egg ...) and the staff is helpful and nice..

Breakfast was not worth it, swimming pool was very cold and reaching Paris via public transport from here was very confusing and quite expensive.

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy. The facilities in bathroom is poor. The reception service also very poor, we were waited about half hour for check in, because nobody there.

This hotel lacks a reception front desk. Just one person standing with a laptop and a cell phone.

Overall ok but hotel is dated with old carpet and bathroom. Cleanliness was not good but stayable as we were there for only 2 nights

Absolutely disgusting, loads of construction around the hotel and Ubers would reject rides because there was no proper signs to get to the hotel. Absolute nightmare getting Ubers!! The staff didn’t provide a child cot for my 6week old baby.. the room we checked in first the AC was not working and after 3 complaints they finally changed the room. It says it’s close to Paris but it’s literally 40 mins away.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this hotel who’s trying to enjoy Paris and wants a better commute.

In general the hotel is fine, beds are comfy. The bathrooms are tired and well used, our bath looked like it was peeling and had LOTS of long black hair in it. Generally the hotel is clean, the pool area left us feeling a bit grubby. There is lots of construction around the hotel. It’s a 30 euro taxi to the Eiffel Tower or a 25 min drive. Overall we were ok with the stay for the price.
