Ulasan Hôtel Mercure Paris Vélizy

A very nice hotel, outside of Paris but there are good connections to the city

We were very disappointed with our stay here. This was our first time in Paris and a day trip. We paid full price. However, there was no electrics so we were not able to turn the light on. The shampoos and conditions were finished. The bathtub was not clea. We were promised that my father's room would be decorated for his birthday but when we went to the room nothing was done and we were disappointed. The reception staff were friendly but unhelpful we waited there for half an hour as we were told to get a refund for our deposit. It was not until half an hour we were told this would come automatically into our account. So we waited there for no reason at all.

All good. The room was spacious!

فندق جميل هدوء نضيف خدمة تنضيف يومي طاقم محترم بعيد عن ازعاج باريس ويبعد عن الشانز حوالي ٢٠ دقيقه

因為離辦公室近，選擇了這個酒店，房間很大，還有免費的水，可以免費寄存行李。重點是，前台的服務人員無論男女，全部都是特別友好的，這是很讓我感動的，會免費升級房間，有問題也解決的特別快，很開心。滿意。

El servicio del hotel es pésimo no nos dieron toallas y tampoco nos limpiaron la habitación para colmo nos cobraron desayunos que no consumimos mucho cuidado !!!

很容易找到，挺好的，方便舒適，交通便利，早餐也不錯，房間乾淨，設施齊全，下次如果去附近還會定這家酒店。

房間不乾淨，衞生很差

邊上有歐尚等大型購物中心，開車到展館20分鐘左右

非常好的體驗，停車很方便。入住期間偶遇了好多奧運選手！
