Ulasan Holiday Inn Porto - Gaia

Good location. Breakfast can be better just need to add more vegetables was only 3 types and if it will be incrase to 7-9 it will be better. But 3 types is very little for a 4 star hotel. Cleanliness should improve especially the sheets change them and clean them not turn their side. Service should be more hours and not end at five o'clock because then there is a possibility that your room will not be cleaned. They still need to improve if they take the criticism seriously, could be a great place.

The hotel location was good but the staff is very rude also the towels was so dirty and smelly the service level is very bad they don’t have the standard of Holiday inn at all in fact I will not suggest the hotel to anyone if they are really working professionals

From reception to housekeeping they were amazing, room was spacious location was easy access overlooking the Gaia city view.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff is helpful and helps with any problem, without a doubt we will come back again

대규모 호텔로 시설 좋음. 조식도 다양하고, 식당이나 헬스클럽도 이용하기 좋음. 메트로 이용시 십여분 걸어야 하는 것을 제외하면, 전반적인 만족도 높음

设施：有點點老舊但還是很ok 卫生：乾淨 环境：離市區有段距離，若沒有租車的話，不建議來這，因為公車時間很不穩定！ 服务：前台服務不錯

環境衞生，地理位置方便，服務態度良好，早餐種類多品種豐富，房間面積比較大，設施比較齊全，周邊購物超市有些遠

沒有一次性拖鞋及牙刷牙膏提供，其他還算不錯，至少乾淨。在蓋亞新城這邊樓層算比較高的建築

給領導定的酒店，價格不算便宜，但是勝在交通方便，酒店設施齊全，該有的東西都有，前台服務及時，入住退房無障礙，自助早餐也還算可以。

酒店位置較偏，距離路易一世大橋需要開車前往。房間面積很大，衞生間設施有些老舊。餐廳很大，早餐時人多有些嘈雜，但食物可口。

대중교통을 이용하기는 좀 불편하나 넓고 쾌적한 호텔입니다 직원들도 친절하고 조식도 꽤 좋은 편입니다 관광객보다는 비즈니스맨들이 많이 투숙하는 것으로 보입니다

整體還不錯，有地下停車場，在酒店地下停車是每天12歐 環境：整體還可以 設施：屬於比較老的一個星級酒店了，設備也還行

給我的感覺就是現在歐洲的酒店比國內差很多，價格貴很多
