Ulasan Holiday Inn Porto - Gaia

Good location. Breakfast can be better just need to add more vegetables was only 3 types and if it will be incrase to 7-9 it will be better. But 3 types is very little for a 4 star hotel. Cleanliness should improve especially the sheets change them and clean them not turn their side. Service should be more hours and not end at five o'clock because then there is a possibility that your room will not be cleaned. They still need to improve if they take the criticism seriously, could be a great place.

The hotel location was good but the staff is very rude also the towels was so dirty and smelly the service level is very bad they don’t have the standard of Holiday inn at all in fact I will not suggest the hotel to anyone if they are really working professionals

From reception to housekeeping they were amazing, room was spacious location was easy access overlooking the Gaia city view.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff is helpful and helps with any problem, without a doubt we will come back again

飯店居高臨下可以看到杜羅河 又可以看到路易一世大橋 、如果走路沒問題的話半個小時一之內就可以走到河畔去吃美食賞美景～～櫃檯人員很和善不懂的問他，他也都很有耐心 晚上還可以看夜景喔，而且房間很大比里斯本的還大🤭

非常不錯的酒店，全部訂滿。早餐也不錯，值得再次續住。入住時間是下午3點以後，這個一定要注意，來早了入住不了。

O hotel é globalmente bom, mas a localização é um pouco remota, então viajar sem carro será um pouco problemático!

房間簡潔明亮，但不知是不是附近或酒店水管問題自來水有水銹色.要用瓶裝水才敢刷牙洗臉.

위치가 그다지 좋지는 않은데 호텔 규모가 있어 편안하게 지내기에 좋네요 객실도 크고 조식도 샐러드류가 많지 않지만 괜찮네요 로비 안이나 밖에 테이블들이 있어 쉬기에도 좋습니다

대규모 호텔로 시설 좋음. 조식도 다양하고, 식당이나 헬스클럽도 이용하기 좋음. 메트로 이용시 십여분 걸어야 하는 것을 제외하면, 전반적인 만족도 높음

大堂華麗，酒吧不錯，可惜停車收費有點貴，離地鐵公交有點運

设施：有點點老舊但還是很ok 卫生：乾淨 环境：離市區有段距離，若沒有租車的話，不建議來這，因為公車時間很不穩定！ 服务：前台服務不錯
