1. Facilities are in bad shape. Wash basin not working for 3 days. Shower has water on and off. Things not replaced in room well and no one to go to to. inn keeper gone most times. 2. Grumpy / Rude Innkeeper. Was in a bad mood for entire stay due to a football sprain. Refused to fix things. Asked me to manage without a wash basin for 3 days. I has no choice but to use a bottle of water as my faucet for 3 days. 3. Noisy. Traffic noise is tolerable. But the innkeeper has a cage full of birds that make quite a racket from 7 AM. Everyone likes birds chirping in nature but this is birds in a cage creating a nuisance. Island has much better options at similar prices. Not sure why this was so rated so highly.
