Great location for me

An absolute gem of a B&B, will definitely be retuning and happy to recommend to family & friends. The hosts could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great location on the outskirts of Kidderminster with off road parking. The rooms were spotless and had everything you could possibly need, including a very well stocked tea/coffee tray & plenty of towels. Breakfast was a lovely full English with an abundance of coffee & toast refills. 10/10 all round from our family :)

Very friendly hosts, clean comfortable room all needs catered for, breakfasts where super would certainly return. Visited for a business course locally, ideally situated free parking lovely B & B you will not be disappointed. Thank you Andi

On arrival, I could park my car behind the house in a parking bay, where it felt very secure and safe. David welcomed me, and showed me to my room, explaining how to order breakfast for the morning. My room was a lovely size, with clean bedding, towels, tea making facilities and a television. Wi-Fi is available. I had my own toilet and shower. Having had a lovely sleep, the breakfast was served on time and had everything I ordered. The breakfast was cooked really well and I was offered juice, tea/coffee and cereal also. I would definitely return here and would recommend it to anyone.

This was a two-night stay. The location is great with a short walk into the centre of Kidderminster or a £5 taxi ride. Friendly welcome, clean room, comfy bed and a fantastic breakfast. Very reasonable price, especially if you book direct! :)

This a pleasant b and b close to the town centre. Very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good. Very friendly hosts run it. The bedroom was comfortable enough, if a little on the small size. The room had a double bed and a single bed. There was a kettle and cups with a decent collection of tea bags etc available, plus bottled water. The room did not have a wardrobe but there was a hanging space with coat hangers. The tv was adequate for the room size. The only down side was the staircases leading up to this third floor room. The first staircase was ok, but the second was a bit tortuous. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. The en suite shower room, once again clean and tidy. It had a smallish step in shower. I would recommend this b and b but would find out what floor the room is one if you have mobility issues.

A friendly, clean, conveniently situated bed and breakfast. The room was large with extremely comfortable bed, a small table and chairs, wardrobe and en-suite shower facilities. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Parking was also available.
