Ulasan Imperial Phukaew Hill Resort

Akomodasi nyaman, suasana nyaman, ada layanan penjemputan ke depan kamar sepanjang waktu. Ada kolam renang luar ruangan. Kolam renang anak dan kolam dewasa Resepsionis sangat baik. (Saat menginap harap menanyakan ketersediaan kamar terlebih dahulu.)

Suasananya sangat bagus, sejuk, berada di kaki bukit, bisa jalan-jalan. Staf pelayanan yang baik, percakapan yang baik Akomodasi adalah rumah terpisah dan kamar. Tapi kamarnya sangat besar, tidak nyaman. Saya tidak memesan sarapan Tetapi jika ada yang ingin makan, mereka membayar 150 baht per kepala.

Hotel ini sangat bagus. Saya merekomendasikannya. Stafnya menyenangkan, pemandangannya sangat indah. Bahkan jika Anda datang di musim panas, itu masih indah. Jika Anda datang di musim dingin, Anda akan sangat puas. Pasti ada kesempatan untuk kembali lagi. harga akomodasi tidak mahal, saya sangat menyukainya.

Pelayanan dan makanan masih bagus seperti biasa Sudah kedua kalinya setelah minggu lalu stay disini.

Sekolahnya sangat indah, pemandangannya bagus, sejuk, seperti berada di tengah gunung. Parkir tidak terlalu sulit.

A really nice place to stay, not far from town and all the attractions. Lovely big room with all you need and great views from your hill side villa. A large electric cart is available for transportation around the resort Friendly helpful staff , a nice big swimming pool and a great breakfast spread in the morning

Old style hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Restaurants and 7eleven are just few minutes drive. Not crowded as we booked on a low season so we felt as if we booked the entire resort exclusively for us especially using the swimming pool. Breakfast has few choices but not that bad. I will surely book again a stay here.

Overall the stay is pleasant but may be a little tricky for seniors to navigate within the complex.

Odd contradictions, but would stay again. Very big room, reasonable price, when booked through Trip.com. Walk-in I was quoted a much higher price. Road up the hill is in terrible condition. Uphill Parking is limited and odd. Building looks very old and everything is crooked. The mosquito screen is warped and does not cover the window. Furniture is old. Bed was big and comfortable and the big old aircon worked okay. Location in a lovely natural area.

Good price, Good location, Good view and Nice service but the room is quite old

Overall the room is very nice and spacious. Even though is quite old but everything still works properly. The staff are nice.

Pros: Quiet and well landscaped. There are English speaking staff at the reception. Calls for buggy service is efficient and fast. Rooms are very spacious with sofa seats to enjoy the scenery outside the room. Cons: Only standard rooms are accessible by cars and buggy. Other room types such as Deluxe rooms need to walk up or down a path even after the buggy ride. Some standard rooms are near to the road but too steep for use by wheelchair. The tv does not work in the room but there is strong wifi. Thete was a foul smell from the toilet that persists and permeates through the night and throughout the stay.
