Sikap pelayanan staf sangat baik dan sarapannya juga enak Kamarnya indah, luas dan nyaman Lokasi yang nyaman dan tempat wisata terdekat Toko serba ada restoran juga sangat bagus. Sangat hemat biaya dan sangat direkomendasikan

Ukuran kamar hotel tidak terlalu besar namun cukup layak. Set sarapan sederhana tetapi staf luar biasa, ramah dan membantu

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan di hotel ini! Sarapannya sangat lezat dengan variasi yang berbeda. Stafnya juga sangat membantu dalam menjawab pertanyaan! Ruangan itu bersih dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang masuk akal. Ada juga makanan ringan selamat datang untuk menginap. Salah satu stafnya berasal dari Hong Kong, jadi warga Hongkong pasti memilih ini!

Had a pleasant time in this hotel. Provided snacks and drinks daily. The male staff that was at the reception at night was very helpful in helping us call local shops and finding things. The breakfast was also delicious! Would return next time!

Room is big enough for 3. Everything is good except the air conditioner has no heating function

Basic amenities are provided. Standard of service staff is inconsistent. Most are hospitable and helpful. One staff is black face and is unhelpful.

Room looks exactly like the pictures provided. Room is a little dim but that's a small issue. Location was close to lots of good eateries.

Overall good location and clean. But the toilet sewage had some problems and they had no one to fix over the weekend, had to wait for weekdays. We eventually checked out before they could fix the toilet sewage system.

Chosen this hotel as it was recommended in xiaohongshu. Wasn't disappointed with the quality of the hotel. Only the fact that if would to walk from train station will need around 15 minutes. Other than that price is competitive

The location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said "read it out to me". The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, "you which room? you sit here". One morning she came to me "how many people in your room? not 2 person?", I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

Clean and spacious room. Near a few of the attractions in Tainan too. Would recommend it

Best hotel in our Taiwan trip so far, a gem hotel in a superb location. The free bike renting is definitely an added point to the stay! Room cozy & staff are wonderful.
