We’ve just returned from a weeks stay at Atlantica Nissaki Beach, and it was excellent from start to finish. Upon checking in we were warmly greeted and offered a welcome drink, and went through the swift check in process. We had a swim up room booked with a sea view, the room was clean, fresh and had all the amenities you could need, and was private enough to relax in the sun whilst having a nice view of the coastline and beachside bar etc. The minibar was fully stocked with water, pop and soda water, and we had a range of tea and coffee to choose from including a coffee machine. I did read that the minibar was meant to be restocked everyday, but it was only restocked once during our stay, so not sure if that’s the case, but this was no issue as we’ve both got a pair of legs and could take a short walk to the seaside bar and grab a couple of drinks to take back with us, if required. The room was cleaned and serviced everyday by the maids, with fresh towels and bedding as required, can’t fault them. The hotel bar and seaside bar were both swift and efficient offering a great range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and were always manned by friendly staff who were happy to serve you and have a little chat. We only got to try the main buffet restaurant & snack bar during our stay, as by the time we found out the booking process the Mediterranean and Italian were fully booked up. The main restaurant offered a wide range of food for all dietary requirements, and catered for all of our needs (wife’s a veggie). For us, this was the best all inclusive food we’ve ever had, the range, the variety and quality was nothing short of superb, we just wish we could have taken some home. There were different options available each night and each course. The staff on duty are like all the of staff we encountered- friendly and attentive and are working super hard to service all of the customers. Feedback wise, the only points I think the hotel could improve on is. - Availability of water bottles- we threw away our first bottle not realising that water was available by machine at all the bars- I think it’s just worth making customers aware upon check in- as the process works if you know you’ve got to keep your bottle- although there are cups available. - Mediterranean & Italian restaurant booking process- there’s a sign at reception saying what you need to do, but we only saw this after asking. It’s worthwhile making guests aware upon check in of the process so they’re aware. In my opinion don’t let the negatives reviews put you off, we overheard some of the people complaining whilst there and they’re just life’s general moaners looking for a freebie or discount, we honestly couldn’t believe what we heard! If a bit of paint on a tile is ruining your holiday, you’re not trying to enjoy yourself! All in all superb, thank you to all the staff for their hard work in making our stay extra special.
