Hotel Nissaki Beach

Pool was not filled up , not near any shops or local walk to town will take up to 2 hours to walk to nearest shop , overall finishing to the rooms and hotel was not done to a good standard , work men still on site working , litter and cigarette ends everywhere , receptionist not very helpful and rude , food is the same each day , not clean , ant infestation, walkways are a trip hazard , muddy footprints everywhere , no working communal lights , lifts breaking down regularly, smelt like urine and faeces everywhere. Paint left over door handles , pool ladders not secure resulting incident into pool , no fire extinguishers to sight but was hidden , so much more , rubbish left in bags for days on end. Did not let us know the water would be turned off all day for maintenance works was offered a bottle of water to shower with. Tv not on wall. Waited 45 minutes to check in. Over crowded

Friendly welcoming from the staff. Our swim up room is lovely! There is a slight old smell coming from the aircon which we was told it will be looked at today. The floors was slightly dirty too and they’re sending housekeeping to sort this. Overall the room is very spacious, lovely walk in shower, bathroom & double wardrobe. Unreal views from our room as well as by the pool. Own private hotel beach too which is very peaceful. Some building works going on but does not affect the hotel. Variety of food for breakfast however not many snacks available during the day. We can see this hotel is trying to rectify the teething problems so it’s a shame to see as the hotel has great potential!

A work in progress, sadly we paid well for a holiday and have so far waited hours for a room, other new arrivals have waited 3 hours....the facilities pool side are under construction, sure will be lovely when finished in a few months.... construction noises hardly make for a peaceful stay Avoid for the time being

We’ve just returned from a weeks stay at Atlantica Nissaki Beach, and it was excellent from start to finish. Upon checking in we were warmly greeted and offered a welcome drink, and went through the swift check in process. We had a swim up room booked with a sea view, the room was clean, fresh and had all the amenities you could need, and was private enough to relax in the sun whilst having a nice view of the coastline and beachside bar etc. The minibar was fully stocked with water, pop and soda water, and we had a range of tea and coffee to choose from including a coffee machine. I did read that the minibar was meant to be restocked everyday, but it was only restocked once during our stay, so not sure if that’s the case, but this was no issue as we’ve both got a pair of legs and could take a short walk to the seaside bar and grab a couple of drinks to take back with us, if required. The room was cleaned and serviced everyday by the maids, with fresh towels and bedding as required, can’t fault them. The hotel bar and seaside bar were both swift and efficient offering a great range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and were always manned by friendly staff who were happy to serve you and have a little chat. We only got to try the main buffet restaurant & snack bar during our stay, as by the time we found out the booking process the Mediterranean and Italian were fully booked up. The main restaurant offered a wide range of food for all dietary requirements, and catered for all of our needs (wife’s a veggie). For us, this was the best all inclusive food we’ve ever had, the range, the variety and quality was nothing short of superb, we just wish we could have taken some home. There were different options available each night and each course. The staff on duty are like all the of staff we encountered- friendly and attentive and are working super hard to service all of the customers. Feedback wise, the only points I think the hotel could improve on is. - Availability of water bottles- we threw away our first bottle not realising that water was available by machine at all the bars- I think it’s just worth making customers aware upon check in- as the process works if you know you’ve got to keep your bottle- although there are cups available. - Mediterranean & Italian restaurant booking process- there’s a sign at reception saying what you need to do, but we only saw this after asking. It’s worthwhile making guests aware upon check in of the process so they’re aware. In my opinion don’t let the negatives reviews put you off, we overheard some of the people complaining whilst there and they’re just life’s general moaners looking for a freebie or discount, we honestly couldn’t believe what we heard! If a bit of paint on a tile is ruining your holiday, you’re not trying to enjoy yourself! All in all superb, thank you to all the staff for their hard work in making our stay extra special.

Really disappomted with our stay, this resort is not 4 star at all. Its probably 3 at best. Like other reviews mention... horrible sweuge smell around almost everyday of the stay. Food and drink options were very basic compared to other TUI all inclusive. Staff not that friendly or good at making cocktails. Short staffed too. Room looked dirty and thrown together. Loud fan noise outside the walkway. If you want an amazing 5* holiday go to TUI Seno Blue in Turkey instead.

We had a couples spa trea**ent consisting of a body scrub, massage and aloe Vera wrap. Absolutely heavenly and relaxing, we both fell asleep!! Would highly recommend doing this to get your skin ready for the sun. Thanks to Elena, Despina and Anastasia x

We have just returned from Nissaki Beach after a very relaxing week away for our belated honeymoon. The room was decorated to a good standard and was a very comfortable base for the week. I definitely recommend upgrading to a sea view if you are able. A few notes where improvements could be made...the shower in the bathroom had a small leak...and the balcony would benefit from a clothes airer/rack for wet towels. Communal areas of the hotel were beautiful on the whole, and well landscaped grounds. The main pool could use some tlc but it is serviceable. The (very) occasional whiff of sewage can be unsavoury and could be looked at. Food and drink options are fantastic. I particularly recommend the Italian A La Carte. Recieved a massage from Elena which was absolutely fantastic. The whole massage team were friendly and welcoming. On the whole, a very enjoyable stay and we will ve sure to return some day!

Beautiful hotel located in very quite area next to the beach with stunning views. Hotel staff very friendly especially at the reception who managed to change our room with the swimming pool area. Also people at the spa Anastsia & Despina who done my back and facial trea**ent really great. Highly impressed with the hotel and making our holiday great.

Mediocre to poor was the overall experience. It was the first week of operation and few things were ready. Our room was dirty with thick dust on hangers in the wardrobe mildew stains I. Pillow cases dirty floors. Safe inoperable. Despite a number of attempts to rectify this nothing changed.
