I stayed at the hotel in May 2024. I was very pleased with my stay here. Well-maintained beautiful territory. A comfortable room. It's all clear. Special thanks to the staff for the service provided, everything is at the highest level. I especially want to thank the reception staff, Mohamed and Alaa, who solved all my questions and helped me a lot. I will return to this hotel more than once with great pleasure.

Excellent friendly staff and the buffet breakfast was amazing a lot of opinions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area and bar are great. The Hotel is located in the quiet area, perfect for me to rest after a busy day excursions. The landscape was beautiful.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and nicely kept. Bathroom was nice, shower pressure was excellent. Grounds were well kept. AC was so cold my wife had to put on a sweater, but we adjusted it the next night and it was perfect. Swimming pool was cool clean and pleasant, with lots of chairs to recline on. The staff were very good and professional and friendly. I did think that some of the prices for food and drinks were on the high side, everything in American dollars, such as $3 for a Coke and $23 US, each, for the buffer dinner. To me this seems high since I was able to feed the entire family for 2500LE, at a place outside of the resort in Cairo. That's about $50 total. Breakfast was a buffet style with a wide variety of tasty food for you to eat. One thing to note is the keycard provides room power, so if you leave and take it, any devices you are charging stop charging. What else? Not much... it is isolated from places, you will need a cab/uber to go out anywhere since it's more outside the city. It's not to far from the pyramids, a short drive of 15-20 minutes. I think it was very nice.

All service was wonderful, team was wonderful, environment is wonderful, food and drinks was wonderful. Everything was excellent!!! I had really the best holiday in Egypt because of Pyramid resort by Jaz and the best team which is looking after customers. I felt as I am a queen!

Amazing hospitality, excellent service, very friendly, helpful staff. Great food, very well maintained and relaxing a**osphere. Huge pool area. First time in Giza with a family member and we could not be happier with our choice for hotel.

Good service, swimming pool and buffet. It is very close to the Pyramids, very comfortable bed and a good range of foods and drinks for breakfast. We had a small problem with the hot water and it was solved instantly, very efficiently. They allowed us late check-out as well. Totally recommended

Very good atention! Location is perfect, because it's very near to the pyramids! Perfect for a long stay, the bathroom is huge and the reception guys were very polite and helpful! I would undoubtly stay again! Looking forward to stay here again.
